To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有去中環吃飯這次到了中環這間餐廳,見到身邊朋友都很多推介,晚上時我和幾位朋友決定到這間有格調的餐廳試一試。跟住就嚟咗一個刺身拼盤,最鍾意係佢個拖羅好豐富。然後份量都好多特別係佢嘅與魚都好新鮮。佢嘅炸物嘅外皮都好出色,特別係蔬菜類唔會吸晒啲油搞到好油膩,裏面仲保留佢嘅新鮮。然後就係龍蝦海膽湯葉卷,佢嘅肉汁非常多同埋隔離有好多炸物口感豐富。另外就有一個西冷壽喜燒汁溫泉蛋,用上咗宮崎嘅a4牛,非常獨特嘅味道而且經過大廚煮咗兩小時實在是好味。另外呢個負返都好出色佢用咗高知縣嘅萬裕年尾都非常講究就係用咗白雪女王米。另外每一粒珍珠米都有飯香之餘口感十足,而且萬裕嘅份量真係極多。令我就到賣相非常之靚嘅甜品,就係用咗唔同嘅生果例如西瓜蜜瓜提子等等非常新鮮嘅材料全部都係日本本土空運到香港
