To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去左一間由香港男友同印籍女友開既印尼餐廳,呢度主打地道印尼菜。呢間餐廳細細,好有印尼風味,木色枱櫈牆身,牆身有啲印尼傳統公仔,牆身又貼左好多佢地餐廳既印尼美食,見到都肚餓。望望餐牌,價錢十分經濟,又多花款,好多都好想試。我地最終叫左雞+花膠湯粉皮,芽菜,四大天王斑蘭飯,加兩杯野飲。雞+花膠湯粉皮要推介,雞非常滑,而花膠湯好正,湯濃,粉皮又滑,要試要試。四大天王斑蘭飯,飯入有4款餸,兩款係菜,兩款係肉,配上斑蘭香既香,忍唔住一啖接一啖。飲品就叫左柑桔青瓜冰,入面有大量清甜青瓜絲,加埋柑桔,簡直透心涼。朋友咖啡沙冰,咖啡味香濃。呢間真係CP值超高。
