睿海御宴提供正宗粵菜體驗,主理總廚擁有超過30年粵菜經驗,因應時節挑選各式山珍海味,炮製一系列特色美食。餐廳在一樓,接通一樓的梯間有手繪舞火龍及大花牌壁畫,甚居本土特色。最近天氣熱容易沒食慾,來道梅漬日本西紅柿 (HKD98) 就最好不過,紅柿預先取下皮,梅子和糖做出了酸甜美味的紅柿,冰冰涼涼的清新又開胃。招牌菜籠仔糯米蒸羔蟹 (HKD588) 選用了成斤重的膏蟹,膏蟹非常新鮮,滲出的汁正好可以讓糯米吸收,蟹蓋有滿滿蟹膏,糯米飯軟糯不會硬,配以臘腸、香蔥、蝦米等材料,實在不得了,是必點品項。另一款推薦既主菜有柚子明蝦球 (HKD398),啖啖肉的大蝦球炸至香脆呈金黃色,蝦肉爽彈,柚子醬香甜間又不會很膩,是道開胃菜。- 豐料老火湯 (HKD156)- 腰果牛油果珍菌 (HKD168)
