To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -呢間大家都認識,因為實在太出名,好記得佢第一間店喺旺角,當時我排隊都等咗兩個小時,但真係好好食,依家不知不覺已經開咗六間分店,要讚一下,分店可以維持水準,真的不容易!點心款式唔會太多,但因為咁樣先可以維持到水準!最出名必食🤤酥皮叉燒包所有點心都即叫即製,所以出面個皮好鬆化,配合入面嘅叉燒餡料,同平時叉燒包有截然不同嘅感覺。但對我嚟講最啱我胃口🤤韭黃蝦腸好欣賞咁薄皮嘅腸粉,要做到呢個厚薄嘅腸粉,一啲都唔易,仲要蝦勁大粒,所以我每次必點。🤤其他點心,例如皮蛋瘦肉粥/ 杞子燒賣王 全部都水準以上,暫時未點過一樣嘢係難食嘅,最多只係唔啱我口味。😢呢度服務真係麻麻地,可能生意太好,大家都太忙,唔好預有任何招呼。😢另外環境真係好嘈雜,想靜靜哋飲茶聊天都唔得,每次都係食完就即走。不過呢度CP值極高,價錢都仲係好抵,呢個價錢食咗呢個質素嘅點心,我覺得已經好幸福!-

最出名必食
🤤酥皮叉燒包
所有點心都即叫即製,所以出面個皮好鬆化,配合入面嘅叉燒餡料,同平時叉燒包有截然不同嘅感覺。


但對我嚟講最啱我胃口
🤤韭黃蝦腸
好欣賞咁薄皮嘅腸粉,要做到呢個厚薄嘅腸粉,一啲都唔易,仲要蝦勁大粒,所以我每次必點。


🤤其他點心,例如皮蛋瘦肉粥/ 杞子燒賣王 全部都水準以上,暫時未點過一樣嘢係難食嘅,最多只係唔啱我口味。
