入到黎坐得,睇MENU 先知係食意大利菜,我哋四個人於是就叫咗四個SET,分別係Dog Cockles Fusilli, Mushroom Bucatini, Free Range Chicken Breast 同埋 Rainbow Trout。上main course 之前,server 俾咗啲麵包我哋食,平時食意大利麵包通常都係配黑醋同埋olive oil,但係呢度就俾咗一個獨家製嘅辣椒牛油,因為我哋本身實在太鐘意食黑醋,所以我哋向server request 要返黑醋,但係個server 就堅持要我哋食辣椒牛油,我哋試完之後都覺得唔夠味,就再request佢俾返黑醋同olive oil 我哋,個server見我哋咁堅持,唯有投降
四個main course我哋share 食,所以每一款都有試,fusilli 煮得比較硬身,dog cockles 原來即係歐洲蛤蜊,食唔出同其他蛤蜊有咩分別。Mushroom Bucatini 啲mushroom 係好香好濃,但係就完全overwhelm 咗佢嘅芝士味,menu 上寫明係63°C嘅日本蛋,即係溫泉蛋,係煮蛋嘅最佳溫度,一切出黎,D 蛋汁就四邊流出黎,超治癒
最後係跟SET 嘅甜品,chocolate brownie with berry sauce 一啲都唔鬆軟,成舊實到爆,仲要甜到我哋全部都食唔到
總括黎講,新開店嘅質素真係麻麻,最慘嘅係,啲野唔算好食,但係仲要超重味精,食完勁頸渴
