火鍋料方面,我地點左呢個最啱打卡,而且牛肉款式又多嘅香江拼,基本上黎得呢到打邊爐嘅人都會點。一上枱就忍唔住相機食先📸,大木盤上放左各款唔同部位嘅牛,包括安格斯肥牛、牛柳粒、牛小腿、牛脷、黑柏葉、手切肥牛、牛白肉、牛心頂,總共有8款,而且擺盤有心機,加埋以真花襯托,真係好igable😆~值得一讚嘅係餐廳提供QR code,scan完係可以睇到每款牛肉係咩,亦有介紹要煮幾多分鐘,不過店家建議嘅時間好似過長,食客可以自行設調整。牛肉算係高質,而且份量多👍🏻推介安格斯肥牛、牛脷、黑柏葉,另外有2個比較特別嘅部位牛白肉、牛心頂,個人就認為一般。

\ 🦑一口蟹籽墨魚滑 ($78) /
墨魚滑份量多,蟹籽亦唔吝嗇,食落爽口彈牙非常新鮮😋


另外仲叫左響鈴、皇帝菜、栗米🌽,響鈴脆口,皇帝菜新鮮,唯獨栗米一般,唔甜亦唔多汁,不推。


\ 🍑桃花緣 ($88) /
飲品方面,叫左桃花緣,店員奉上嘅時候,會即時用槍整個煙燻氣泡🍹,氣泡爆破之後會飄來陣陣桃嘅香氣🌸,岩晒打卡。以為呢d打卡飲品味道會一般,但飲落又幾好味,佢裡面有自家製嘅桃肉Jelly,再配上乳酸同梳打汽水,非常有口感。

總括黎講,餐廳食物質素唔錯,而且店員服務好好,最驚喜嘅係佢嘅抽氣超好!平時打邊爐想影張相都會好大煙要熄細d,但呢到完會唔會有呢個問題,食完2個幾鐘火鍋,個身都完全唔會有味!想舒舒服服打下邊爐傾下計,香江花月係一個好好嘅選擇~🤓🤓
