昨日幫老細送貨去屯門貨倉,經過建榮街熟食市場時,俾一間名字幾特別,叫做建榮特色桑拿菜的大排檔吸引左,於是乎放工後跟倉同事一齊去食飯兼啤啤佢。同事叫了燒豬手,都好大隻吓! 外皮燒得十分香脆,但底層肉質仍是很嫩,不會太乾。再者,上枱前,經已拆骨及原隻切細,以方便進食。除了食西餐會order外,排檔+啤酒一樣合適牛坑腩通常見於麵檔,因要蚊得腍,用慢火長煮是最好的。沒想過這裡的牛坑腩用來酥炸,仍能保持濃濃的牛肉味和腍腍的口感話晒都係大排檔,整番碟鼓椒炒蜆基本上是指定動作,新鮮、無沙、入味又夠鑊氣...簡值正到脾
