一咬,脆漿做得輕薄酥鬆。脆漿下的鹹蛋流沙如一面護土牆 ,表層的脆漿一旦被破壞,鹹蛋流沙便湧出作修補,令嘴巴即時被濃香的鹹蛋流沙覆蓋。需知道這是我有生以來濃度最高、最接近鹹蛋黃的鹹蛋流沙,味蕾頓時呆了兩秒!流沙再與軟腍甜香的南瓜交織,一鹹一甜、天衣無縫,好吃得要彈起來!一連吃了兩塊,可是吃的意慾沒有暫緩的跡象,真的很可怕。此刻完全了解金沙南瓜超然的邪惡地位!

除了萬豪叉燒皇和炸蟹蓋,八頭湯鮑伴白玉海鮮盞也是日常可品味得到的菜式!鮑魚燜煮得彈牙盈香,鮑汁更是稀稠適中、濃厚潤甜,跟清甜如白玉的白蘿蔔,簡直是美不可言的妙配,帶出中式鮑魚不一定是濃俗,也能配搭出清雅平衡的一面,十分好吃!
