放假陪朋友去朗豪坊睇波衫,行到攰肚開始打鼓唔知食咩好,突然諗起想食打冷因為旺角都有好多間打冷店不過朋友即刻介紹我食明記,好一於試下近砵蘭街有個商場入去上兩層搭長電梯既,即時見到大大招牌地方好大夠乾淨樓底高行入去有個海鮮區叫漁人碼頭,前面就係滷水部大大隻字寫住金牌滷水枱面放上滿滿既打冷食物店員帶我地坐卡位位置見住啲野食真係口水流呀!配菜有鹽焗花生、泡菜、蒜蓉白醋汁同潮州辣椒油話明金牌滷水咁梗係要叫番碟滷水三拼啦!(墨魚、鵝腸、鵝腎)墨魚好彈牙,鵝腸新鮮唔肥,鵝腎夠入味蠔仔肉碎粥蠔仔脹卜卜加埋柴魚肉碎一絕燒汁脆牛腩牛腩炸得鬆脆牛肉好腍好野味
