朋友唔單止向我介紹過呢間餐廳,仲同我推介佢嘅「牛油蝦」話係必食,今日喺旺角,就專登去試吓😁原來全名係「牛油焗大頭蝦」$228,我仲叫咗$62嘅「鹹魚炒芥蘭」同$28嘅「椰汁紅豆冰」😄「鹹魚炒芥蘭」先上,芥蘭菜好新鮮,加鹹魚、蒜頭、薑絲一齊炒,簡單又美味😋「牛油焗大頭蝦」上枱嘅時候,我幾乎嘩咗一聲,仲以為上錯咗隻龍蝦俾我😆,真係好大隻😁,個presentation亦都非常立體,賣相係威係勢😆;呢隻越南大頭蝦喺炸過之後,加上牛油同大量蒜頭再烤焗,超級香口,大頭蝦肉質結實,仲有少少膏,亦好似食到有啲啲鹹蛋黃,真係極惹味😋非常滿足嘅一餐😋😆
