呢日去開旺角銀行中心取貨,順便食個午餐。由於天氣太熱廢事周圍行,所以去返同一度食飯。一樓有間🇻🇳越南餐廳爆唒棚,感覺有啲信心保証,等咗幾分鐘就入得。餐廳面積都大,可以坐成過百人,我哋獲安排坐窗口位,環境舒服開揚😌。個場咁大,但都係得三、四個職員,佢哋超忙碌,不過都能保持專業,抵讚👍。喺㕵角人氣地段,午市套餐價錢介乎$59-$85,有九款選擇,唔算貴。真心全部都幾吸引,特別係飯類🍚。我哋叫咗兩個午餐Share食,再加咗條魚😂,因為見隔離枱食得津津有味。越式咖喱牛腩鍋Curry Stewed Beef in Vietnamese Style on Hot Pot($69),見張相好似好正咁就嗌咗🥘。跟餐有白飯同餐湯,後者麻麻地好飲,好淡。至於咖喱鍋造型真係唔馬虎,因為係有個熱爐仔熱住,所以啲咖哩汁保到溫,夠熱先好食嘛😋。咖哩比想像中辣🌶,純粹係因為我以為係椰汁零辣度嗰種,而且餸料亦都幾多,牛腩同牛筋各有幾件,大大件。另外仲有好多薯仔🥔、洋蔥同青椒;咖哩配飯食真係一流!生牛肉湯粉Rice Noodle Soup with Raw Beef($59),其實嗌Pho係因為唔想食太多飯。嚟到發現幾大碗之餘,牛肉唔係無咩味嗰啲肥牛,🐮牛味幾濃郁。記得吱青檸汁落牛湯度,湯頭味道會大大昇華!為食嘅我哋加咗條香茅燒烏頭Charcoal Grilled Grey Mullet with Lemongrass($173),不過留意番製作真係需時,要大約40分鐘到🙈,趕時間就要考慮下。我哋食哂午餐就啱啱好送到。哇哇哇傻的嗎?🐟燒烏頭有成個鍵盤咁長(應該有40cm)‼️相機都差啲影唔哂。烏頭魚好大條,肉厚新鮮,啲骨亦都好易揀出嚟,正啊!我諗條魚六個人都夠食。另外,綠色嗰個醬汁超惹味🤤。總括嚟講,Le Viet食物質素真心好,本身我以為係噱頭店而已,點知咁有水準。我下次會嚟食晚飯,但應該一班人食會好啲,因為份量都多,Share食就可以食多幾款👍。不過夜晚想嚟食可能訂定枱比較穩陣。 continue reading

今日同阿媽去行吓,之後中午想食泰國嘢,就隨機入咗呢間門面好靚嘅餐廳!食完之後發覺好有驚喜,原來呢度有間咁好味嘅泰國嘢,以後都可以食啊!由於冇食早餐,所以一坐低就太肚餓嘅關係帶咗好多嘢食先來呢個雞絲大蝦青木瓜沙律($62),估唔到會咁大份!對得好高,又多蝦同埋雞好足料啲計師係好滑嘅雞,懷疑係海南雞同埋佢配沙律嗰個酸酸甜甜嘅醬好好味呀之後嚟過海南雞飯!媽咪話啲雞肉好滑好好味!我試咗一啖飯,好香呀!比起出面平時食嗰啲海南雞油飯,呢度多份真實嘅雞味三色雞牛豬串燒半打($89),呢個其實你哋睇到張相應該都覺得好靚!呢個真係必啦!佢有啲似我哋去BBQ搽咗蜜糖咁樣燒,個面甜甜地好開胃好match!然後三種肉都係啖啖肉,冇乜多餘嘅肥膏平時我唔係幾鍾意食豬肉,,估唔到呢3串入面最好味我覺得係豬肉配埋佢個沙嗲醬好特別!仲有佢呢度嘅燒係真係燒架~~~唔會好油膩,唔似出面嗰啲聲稱係小但係其實係內有煎咁囉跟住試咗一個好少可以喺出面食到嘅炒椰菜苗!好香蒜味而且唔會太油膩!師傅炒野嘅手勢唔錯$72 牛油雞翼五大隻!唔好以為得五隻好似好少,其實佢五隻係超級大囉!上到枱你哋應該都會嚇親🤣 佢個present好靚(其實每道餸都係!),新鮮出爐非常香脆!特色係牛油香好出!而且佢啲雞肉非常Juicy同埋嫩滑 必須要係材料上升,同埋師傅功力好先可以做得到!食到金邊粉嗰時我已經冇咩戰鬥力🤣🤣不過都試咗兩啖!我想講師傅炒野真係唔錯,吵得小遊但係又好乾爽,芽菜雞蛋同埋粉嘅份量都培德好均勻同埋啱啱好!壓軸仲有一個香茅燒大烏頭($178)!一上枱就即刻想影相!實在太勁了 好大條🤣🤣 好香!雖然食到最後已經有少少飽,但係食魚冇難度!而且條魚係咁香!魚肉亂畫而且夾雜着啲香茅香草泰式香料嘅味,味道好豐富!再加埋一啲秘製嘅泰式醬(綠色辣辣地嗰種),實在太match又開返個胃!變豬嘅一天🐖🐖🐖所以之後要喺旺角行多啲🤣🤣不過呢餐係值得我肥嘅最後,呢度嘅座位非常舒適!我哋好好彩可以長坐到窗邊嘅卡位!好開心服務都好好喎!佢會比水你架大家喺旺角可以試吓 continue reading

2020年5月20日 星期三心血來潮屋企人突然間想食越南野,於是就上網搵吓邊度有越南餐廳推介,再搵到呢一間位於旺角嘅餐廳位於銀行中心一樓,一上到電梯行兩步就見到,見到裏面都幾寬敞餐牌上面都有好多選擇,當然最主要都係越南菜式,仲有本店推介添,好多都好似好吸引嗱嗱臨叫咗嘢食之後,首先到嘅係椰青,都算大個,飲落好清甜,仲食到少少椰肉添之後就有我爸叫既生牛肉湯河,上菜既時候牛肉真係生既放係湯麵上面,淥一陣已經變晒顏色,再落埋其他配料一齊食,味道好豐富然後有炸蝦餅,熱辣辣咁送到,咬落去係有煙出,有濃郁嘅蝦味跟住有牛油雞翼,充滿牛油味之餘,上面仲有炸蒜,所以食落更加惹味。菜色上面仲有青檸,點落雞翼上面可以消除油膩感到最驚喜嘅菜式,就係牛油焗大頭蝦,冇諗過隻蝦會咁大,好似龍蝦咁,蝦肉好彈牙又實,加埋牛油汁真係冇得輸最後再嚟個甜品拼盤,裡面有焦糖燉蛋、芒果黑白糯米飯同千層椰汁糕,我覺得最出色嘅係椰汁糕,口感煙韌又充滿椰汁味。至於芒果糯米飯既糯米都幾香,不過好彩有幾個人分享,如果唔係得自己一個一定食唔晒埋單每人都係百幾蚊,屋企人話好似去完越南一轉咁 continue reading

We were looking for somewhere for lunch in MK under the rain and saw someone giving out leaflets of this Vietnamese restaurant on Gf so decided to give it a try as food seemed pretty cheap with a lot of choices. There were quite a few lunch sets to choose from even on Sat and prices were very reasonable. We ordered two lunch sets and a grilled dish to share. A standard drink was included in each lunch set and prices of the food seemed to be slightly cheaper than the same item on the main menu. We saw the following promotion which looked very appealing yet at such an economical price so couldn't help but try.Soup (included in the curry stewed beef on hot pot lunch set)The soup came with the curry stewed beef on hot pot set. It smelt very nice of coriander. It was clear winter melon soup which was quite free of oil. The soup was super hot when served! A good start to the meal!越式咖喱牛腩鍋 at $69+10%It was really served on a hot pot to keep the whole thing hot! There were three beef cubes and also 3 to 4 beef tendons which were very tender. The three potato cubes were very tasty. Other ingredients included big onion heads, sweet peppers and peppers. The best thing was the curry sauce which was just slightly spicy and super appetising, and it went great with an accompanying bowl of plain rice.生牛肉湯粉 at $59+10%Another lunch set we ordered was this. The rice soup noodle arrived very soon. The bean sprouts and mint leaves were served separately in a nice small glass with water! It looked like a cute small plant! There were 6 small thin slices of raw beef, which were somewhat rich in beef flavour. The rice noodles were very thin and smooth. There were two pieces of radish and some sliced onions which were quite fresh. They added loads of coriander on top. 椰汁紅豆冰 at $8+10% & 椰汁綠豆冰 at $8+10%We ordered two special drinks by topping up our lunch sets by $8 which was such a good deal. We could choose anything except for fresh coconut. The drinks were so giant. The coconut milk was very tasty. The red beans were in whole and not too sweet. We ordered a grilled dish to share in addition to the two lunch sets, which was "Charcoal grilled Grey Mullet with Lemongrass. Grey Mullet is stuffed with lemongrass, basil leaves and galangal." according to the menu.香茅燒烏頭 at $173+10%The fish was big. The scales on the skin were still there and there were a lot of salt so the skin was not edible but mostly for seasoning during the grill I think. There were quite a lot of meat. The accompanying green sauce was spicy and sour and went great with the fish. It came with three slices of raw cucumber on the side.In short, lunch sets were quite cheap.  Environment was nice and it was not too crowded. continue reading
