To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在聖誕佳節過後,下個大節要數的也非農曆新年莫屬了。而數新年的美食也真不少,但糕點類絕對是重頭戲,向來也甚愛吃糕點呢。率先吃到的是由美麗華集團公關所贈的糕點,是蘿蔔糕跟一款凍的甜品--- 燕窩桂花糕。燕窩桂花糕: 這款是翠亨邨的出品,嫌吃傳統糕點會有點膩口的話,也可以吃吃看這款新式的糕點,個人認為,加添了燕窩是分外有貴氣,送給長輩是挺合適的吧,而且從冰箱拿 出來後便可以吃了。燕窩跟桂花糕是分開放的,可適隨尊便的在吃的時候加入燕窩,質感也對辦,甜度也控制得宜,也可以一試。
