To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 玩了一敢天,整個人又埶又累。便隋便走進一間又近又有冷氣的餐廳。誰知,那是惡夢。坐下後,打開餐牌,每一個價錢都嚇得我們心驚膽跳。價錢與食物價值根本就不成比例。看了好幾回後,終於發現到一樣能接受的。有東西喝,有東西吃,價錢也...... 付得出。於是我們幾個都叫了瑞士汁雞翼配出前一丁。上了桌後,我們立刻狼吞虎嚥地吃清光,連湯也喝了。生平,第一次吃這麼貴的公仔面,當然要吃光光了。味道不錯,但這是一定的,如果連這麼簡單的瑞士汁雞翼也弄不好,那真是連當餐廳的資格也沒有。
