To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行6個人食最新既套餐慶祝生日 已經預早一個星期預訂(枱+套餐) 最後上到甜品 通知都冇 塞咗熱既紫米露俾我哋 但餐牌係寫冰花南瓜西米露 - 發生咩事？擾攘一陣 經理阿姐過到黎一開始已經態度極差 黑哂面 話西米露賣哂 但我哋一早已經訂咗個餐 點解會冇留俾我哋？同埋賣晒係咪應該要單聲 而唔係未經同意就上紫米露？可能席上有人唔食呢？ 經理係咁話 “冇 可 能” 俾到西米露我哋 又話我哋個餐已經有優惠 “冇 可 能” 俾到其他補償我哋 語氣極差 似乎係睇唔起人食減價餐 睇嚟呢位經理都唔係想解決問題 只係想同人鬧交我哋只係覺得廚房出唔到西米露 可以同我哋講聲 而唔係無啦啦迫我哋食紫米露 仲要一副你食減價餐你唔配既態度 咁樣未免太唔尊重最後佢既offer係俾4碗南瓜西米露我哋 差2碗就扣2位切餅費 受咗佢咁多氣 先食到餐單上既野加換黎50蚊優惠 都幾失望
