一路都有聽開炊豕店嘅豬扒飯好好食,噚日終於得閒約埋朋友去試吓啦。大約六點鐘到就唔洗排隊,不過都已經有幾多人食緊。

我同朋友分別叫左秘制豬扒飯(咖喱汁)同話梅花雕豬手撈幼麵,另外再叫左個椒鹽魷魚鬚。

秘制豬扒飯名符其實好食,大大塊豬扒沾上薄薄嘅炸漿,食起黎熱辣辣脆卜卜,豬扒本身亦嫩滑多汁。咖喱汁重椰香味得黎唔會太辣,配上有黏性但粒粒分明嘅米飯,真係會想再食一次。


至於豬手麵份量亦唔細,一碗麵都有5-6舊豬手,豬手炆得好入味,夾埋甜甜地嘅話梅汁撈麵,整體唔錯,不過花雕味就唔係好突出。食到最後亦有少少膩嘅感覺。


椒鹽魷魚鬚嘅椒鹽味唔重,不過勝在唔算好咸,魷魚都算幾脆,配埋喼汁都叫香脆可口,有啲似酒樓會食到嘅味道。


總括黎講,豬扒飯好食,價錢係銅鑼灣地段算係相宜,係會再同friend 黎食多次嘅地方。
