今晚老朋友吹雞食飯,話有間以前喺沙田食乳鴿好好食嘅開着咗喺銅鑼灣,仲book咗枱添,七點鐘準時去到,朋友原來已經點左菜,好快有得食啦,香煎白飯魚,杏汁豬肺花膠湯,個湯好好味呀,成碗都係花膠,杏汁好香呀。跟住就係馳名嘅乳鴿上菜啦,果然係好好食,好juicy啊!跟住陸續有干煸四季豆,香煎蓮藕餅,花膠釀豆腐,因為好特別啊!第一次食用蝦膠釀豆腐,好好味!生炒骨,豉汁炒聖子,古法焗鹽焗雞,連內臟都有,係朋友叫師傅去街市買新鮮雞整㗎,啲雞腳好爽,就算係雞胸都好滑㗎!甜品唔記得影相添,我哋叫咗紅棗糕,黑芝麻卷,薑汁糕,我鍾意食黑芝麻卷,好有懷舊嘅感覺,食到捧住個肚走,好滿足啊!
