位於喜來登酒店的2樓咖啡廳,自助午餐中午12點至下午2點半,靠近門口是刺身同沙律,刺身有吞拿魚,甜蝦,三文魚,沙律有吞拿魚沙律,粟米沙律,藜麥沙律。鄰近生蠔區,新鮮生蠔,每次限攞3隻,是外殼長身,肉質鮮甜,天然的鹽味。海鮮拼盤大大盤,有長腳蟹,翡翠螺,凍蝦,長腳蟹肉質鮮味,啖啖肉。是日中湯係西洋菜陳腎豬骨湯,飲完口腔好舒服,西湯係蕃茄蘿勒湯,滿滿維他命C。由師傅即切的牛扒同羊脾,牛扒熟到岩岩好,羊脾唔蘇,肉質好易咬開,呈現粉紅色。由廚師即煮的巴馬臣芝士意粉是一大亮點,意粉加熱一兩分鐘,放入芝士輪 再加芝士粉用火槍輕輕加熱,就形成好香濃的芝士意粉。熱食一大賣點蒸海躉更是一直供應,好滑的魚肉。紅酒煮牛尾都十分入味。即煮豬骨拉麵除左日式叉燒仲有選獅子狗,鳴笛卷,昆布。甜品有香脆葡撻好脆皮,日式芝士蛋糕好綿軟,藍莓芝士蛋糕等等。餐廳可以選一杯,值得留意咖啡只提供熱飲。同埋場內冷氣比較大,餐廳除左提供熱水,大家去食飯都要帶備外套。
