老闆知道我鍾意食海鮮,就帶了我出去試下磯燒海鮮。香蒜牛舌放了點檸檬汁去掉了油膩感,入口牛味濃郁,牛舌不厚不薄,肉質爽彈,而且燒至有牛油香,加上惹味蒜香。南瀛玉子燒看似普通,但上枱時還冒煙,玉子燒是新鮮做起,配上蘿蔔泥,蛋香味道十足,而且十分香滑。海鮮盛合包括了活鮑、蠔、扇貝、蜆、蝦及蟹柑,每款兩件,十分豐富,海鮮全部都很新鮮,尤其是鮑魚,上枱時還動,鮑魚爽彈;而蠔肉不會燒得太乾,保持濕潤,爽口有蠔汁;其他海鮮都不俗,全部都加了清酒去煮,既能提鮮亦令海鮮不會燒至過乾。梅酒梳打酒味較濃,梅味出眾,反而白桃燒酎淡淡桃香,但味道較似梳打水,沒有酒香。磯燒過程都由店員負責,十分專業,充分發揮食材皂山原汁原味,值得一讚。
