朋友介紹去到沙田的「叉燒大王」,一心想去試出名的叉燒,當然叉燒必屬之選,再叫了幾款精美小菜。得知不只是叉燒是大王,估不到的小菜也是大王,值得推介。如果唔想咁辛苦煮飯,都可以隨時到這開餐,地方不大,但都幾乎日日晚飯時間都滿座。這區的街坊食燒味飯盒的佳之選擇。杞子蒸鱔$112,肉身夠結實挺身,食起來煙韌彈牙,非常新鮮的食材。而且比起豆豉蒜蓉蒸,有另外一種風味,杞子既清甜也有滋補作用,不妨試下新的食法。椒鹽棒棒骨$72,蒜蓉粒都包滿了成枝棒棒骨,揸住枝骨大啖大啖咬,肉汁爆曬出嚟 皮脆肉嫩夠哂惹味。餐牌上也有好多平靚正的精美小菜,可值得一試。
