前面的生蠔和吞拿魚他他帶出清爽的口感,不過假如在炎熱的夏季,這款鮮蝦蟹肉雞尾酒肯定是心吃之選!在墨西哥莎莎醬中內加入蝦肉和蟹肉,入口冰涼、酸中帶甜辣,這杯雞尾酒來得既醒神、惹味又開胃,同樣伴上墨西哥薄餅進食,味道要比 Bloody Mary 更精彩,Cheers!

冷盤過後是珍寶蟹餅配豆蛋黃醬。蟹餅厚大、煎得金黃,端來時已香氣四溢。焦香混合內層的軟綿和絲絲的蟹肉,絕對是我嚐過最香濃美味的蟹餅,不禁又要來一口酒精!

繼第一道生蠦後,餐桌上又來了另一道蠔菜,不過這次不再是生蠔,而是煙肉焗蠔伴蒜香麵包粒和辣醬。要一讚蠔的生熟度掌握得很好,外層蒜香瀰漫、煙肉甘香帶微辣,十分惹味;而蠔肉則保持嫩彈,絕對是生蠔以外,蠔粉的另一好選擇!

至於主角的美國牛肉眼扒燒得焦香、扒邊連著邪惡的牛脂,香氣飄揚,忍不住把牛扒火速切開,大快朵頤!馬上將牛扒沾上點點鹽巴,軟腍帶彈性的肉質、加上豐富的牛香,實在叫人稱心!

十分滿意前三款的甜品,那金色的代表甜酒提子酒麵包布丁配雲呢拿汁又如何?一試便得知效果比預期更好!外層香脆、內層軟綿帶彈性,與及散發出恰好的酒香。進食時,倒入適量的雲呢拿汁,麵包竟沒有平日軟乎如泥的口感,還香甜帶彈性,這個甜酒提子酒麵包布丁果然可愛過人!
