這是一家酒店附帶的西餐廳,服務質素有保證,當天主理我們的女侍應主動性高,態度和藹且挺活潑。我平常最喜歡是這裡的寧靜氛圍與寬敞環境,光顧的客人不多,消磨七八個小時也不會被趕走。然而,這次於星期四晚上光顧,竟有七成入座率,首次佔不到沙發座位。Happy Hour時段提供買一送一優惠,挑了最貴的雞尾酒 Long Island Iced Tea。雖然這杯是經典雞尾酒,但說不定這才是我第一次正式喝到,總之我對它的味道毫無印象。這次對它產生的印象是如無意外,不會再喝,味道奇怪得我說不清。酒味頗重,苦味明顯,不至於受不了,但肯定不好喝。不知道是否受視覺影響,竟感到茶澀,而茶澀是可樂跟不知道什麼碰在一起所產生的不良反應。Virgin Colada是菠蘿汁跟椰奶組合而成,我原有的概念是奶類不應和酸物混在一起,怕奶碰到酸被凝固起來,導致腸胃不適。這個組合卻出奇地好喝,香甜的椰奶中透出一絲菠蘿的酸,味道非常醒目,令人精神一振。椰奶的香甜予人溫和舒暢感,而菠蘿的酸帶有推進刺激,使人貪戀追喝。這道菜應該跟之前吃過的一樣,但名字與價格已變更,之前的名字是Mussels Mariniere,這次的名字是Fresh Blue Mussel Pot。由於味道非常相近,所以認為是同一道菜。點這個是因為對上次吃過的Mussels Mariniere好感度甚高,但留戀的不是青口,而是醬汁。可惜這次味道雖然相近,但遠沒有上次好,醬汁濃稠度低多了,味道也沒有之前香濃,當下只是一個稀薄的白汁。至於青口依舊不算肥美,但質素達到合格。由於想多吃青口的白汁,上次我們以$40的價錢點一份side dish份量的Squid Link Linguine,但這次餐牌改動了,沒有保留side dish。我們沒預料到這次的白汁質素有變,所以下單的時候一同點了意粉用來"吸食"白汁。由於我不想要餐牌上那些已經配上醬汁的意粉,我向侍應查問能不能點之前吃過的side dish意粉,侍應聽了我的要求後做出一份只用橄欖油與蒜片炒過的意粉,並灑上香草。份量大概是之前吃過的side dish兩倍而已,然而價錢是它的四倍,因為餐廳收取一份意粉的正價。個人感覺清炒意粉的價錢跟餐牌上的肉醬意粉之類的菜式同價太貴了,而且它的味道不怎麼好,做得太油,底下三分一的意粉都浸在油裡,也沒怎麼感受到橄欖、蒜片與香草的氣味。Black Angues striploin "Taguata Style" 300g有驚喜,首先想不到牛扒已經預先切片,吃起來方便多了。其次,它放上我愛吃的火箭菜,最後且最重要的是牛肉是超乎我預期的好吃。因為朋友不愛吃生,我不能點medium rare,要了約莫六成熟,還能看到淺淺血紅的嫩,但熟透程度是朋友可接受的,卻沒有熟過頭的粗糙感。雖然對我來說生一點更好吃,但當下情況能取二人的平衡點非常好,而且牛味挺鮮明,牛肉表皮被煎香,初入口已體驗到牛肉特有的香氣。牛肉灑上疑似酸醋的醬汁,放得不多,但有畫龍點精之效,少許酸甜味道讓人更開胃。下次我必定再點這個,但願不要像青口質素有變,我相信在水準保持下,加上牛肉在medium rare的鮮嫩狀態,能把我徹底俘虜。薯條質素不變,依舊比老麥好一點點而已,吃起來沒老麥膠,比它熱,但質感與薯味不怎麼樣。飲料一杯好喝一杯不好喝,不過我不排除這個味道就是長島冰茶的經典,也許哪家做出來都是差不多這個味道,只是我個人不喜歡,Virgin Colada則是被我列為下次的指定飲料。牛扒使人留戀,我已經算着哪天有空獨自來吃一份,嘿嘿。我視薯條為不起眼的配菜,不到很難吃不會影響整頓飯的觀感,這裡的可接受。然而,青口跟意粉未達到期望,即使牛扒出色,也未能給這頓飯打個好評,但這裡總有讓我回來的理由,而這次是Black Angues striploin "Taguata Style"。 continue reading

住咗響度成年竟然而家先發覺附近有間咁Chill嘅餐廳~~😍😍而且啲嘢仲幾好食添!😋😋生蠔夠新鮮😍creamy海水味濃~蟹餅分量十足,裏面嘅蟹肉亦都幾多😋最驚喜係個main course嘅cod fish,焗得非常之滑而且好鮮甜!仲有好多肉汁鎖喺裏面添!🤤🤤呢個真係好好食👍🏻👍🏻😍甜品試咗佢個pineapple carpaccio 配椰子雪糕,呢個好特別係一塊塊切到好薄grill嘅菠蘿片,上面有一球椰子雪糕,呢個配搭幾特別同幾Fresh☺️佢呢度都好多款甜品下次要試埋其他先!😍總括來講呢度食物都真係幾唔錯👍🏻不過價錢來講除咗個生蠔好抵食之外其他都係有少少貴,不過有返個咁樣嘅環境咁舒服都係非常值得!❤️☺️ continue reading

酒吧一向予人摸下酒杯底傾計,食下花生睇下波,家陣室內禁煙好少少,但不時聽到粗口橫飛,畢竟,轉變帶來了進步。位於紅磡的九龍海逸君綽酒店的 Waterfront,因為有投射螢幕在早前的世界盃,曾想過攪次睇波團。原來餐廳在「山竹」過後,靜靜地起革命,將酒吧注入新元素,加強了餐飲方面支援,令酒吧更具吸引力。餐廳並非開設在酒店內,反而自成一角,門前的露天位,坐擁無敵海景,在秋涼的日子,吹著微風,跟朋友聊聊天,在月色下共進晚餐,又是另一番滋味。只可惜用餐日下著傾盆大雨,大家唯有安坐室內,卻是另有一番寧靜。吞拿魚他他伴牛油梨及芒果配柚子醋汁(HK$160) 魚肉軟熟,伴和牛油梨及芒果更添芳香滑溜感,配上柚子醋汁,正好起了平衡作用。墨西哥鮮蝦蟹肉雞尾酒(HK$160) 整晚最欣賞的菜色之一,酒味其實不太突出, Tabasco 辣汁的感覺更明顯,蕃茄醬內有蟹肉及蝦肉,放在脆片上風味更佳。珍寶蟹餅配特製酸豆蛋黃醬(HK$168) 真材實料,蟹餅份量好啱分享,蘸點酸豆蛋黃醬,更加可以去除油膩感。即開生蠔 選用新西蘭生蠔,肉質爽鮮,蠔味濃郁,配上白酒或香檳,真是無以尚之的享受。辣醬煙肉焗蠔(HK$168) 同樣是蠔,卻是另一種處理手法,放上煙肉及辣醬去焗,味道多變,卻又不失蠔味,不錯。煙燻比目魚沙律配藍芝士汁 比目魚是自己鍾情的魚肉之一,但今次肉味稍淡,煙燻味把肉味蓋過,沙律菜新鮮清新,反而更吸引。酥炸魷魚配青檸蛋黃醬及番茄醬 炸漿可以更薄,魷魚柔韌,整體好香口,配啤酒一流。香草煙三文魚腩及三文魚子配多士 很簡單,卻能吃出魚肉的鮮味。芝士龍蝦薄餅(HK$420) 是意想不到的好味,羅馬薄餅底烤得香脆,龍蝦肉爽彈,效果突出。黑莓紅酒汁烤制招牌三文魚(HK$220) 很有趣的配搭,三文魚肉似乎有點結實,但黑莓紅酒汁的甜香卻挽回不少分數。珍寶帶子伴煙肉配牛油白酒汁(HK$268) 煙肉緊密包裹珍寶帶子,一齊烤焗,外層有脆脆的口感及咸香,內裡帶子柔嫩,牛油白酒汁增添了香滑的質感。燒美國肉眼扒(HK$388) 火候控制得極好, 外層燒至焦香,切開卻是medium rare, 肉質柔軟而有嚼口,簡單的蘸些少海鹽提鮮更好。配以五六款side dishes,每款都不過HK$40至HK$60左右,足以令人吃過不停。威靈頓吞拿魚莧菜卷 一向對威靈頓牛柳印象不錯,家陣換上了吞拿魚,是另一番滋味,魚肉較易散開,食起來有點碎濕濕的感覺。焗銀鱈魚配雪莉酒醋及香草油醋汁(HK$280) 賣相有點像中式的紙包雞,加入了番茄、青瓜及甘筍等醃菜,與及獨特的 sauce ,但魚肉有點過火,肉質結實,有改善的空間。紅酒朱古力紅莓蛋糕伴忌廉芝士雪糕(HK$80) 賣相亮麗,蛋糕軟綿香甜,置面的紅桑子帶來微酸的感覺,平衡度拿捏得相當好。菠蘿片伴自家製椰子雪糕(HK$80) 甜品中最喜歡的一個,菠蘿切成薄片,芳香馥郁,伴以甜美的椰子雪糕,找不到挑剔的理由。冧酒提子麵包布丁配雲呢拿汁(HK$80) 很傳統的風味,質地鬆軟又有酒香,就算不澆上雲呢拿汁都好好味。蘋果撻伴自家製蘋果白蘭地雪糕(HK$80) 撻皮酥化鬆軟,蘋果帶少許酸性,吃起來不會覺得太甜膩。用餐過後,雨勢剛停,步出室外有種清涼的氛圍,望著隔岸的夜色,份外迷人! continue reading

雖然,在紅磡工作只有數個月,不知不覺已開始熟習周遭的環境,閒來時,還可相約朋友在尖沙咀或佐敦吃的,不過,卻從沒有進入黃埔一帶覓食!最近,得悉公司有機會遷離紅磡,怕離開後更少踏足此地,於是,便開始相約朋友走進黃埔覓食。 第一站,我們找來一家酒店餐廳 - 《水雲間》。聽落好像充滿中式味道,但其實這兒是吃面餐的,早前主力招待愛飲兩杯的客人,現在,添加了不少菜色,令這夜的晚餐充滿驚喜! 先看看環境,酒吧格調的店子,設置了不少大電視,相信球季定必引來不少球迷進場。 而我,則被露天的無敵大海景吸引著,加上用膳時間是晚上,迷人的維港影照眼簾。可惜的是,進餐時下著大雨,因而無法看著這美景用膳。 頭盤先來一客 Jumbo Crab Cakes (HK$168) 蟹餅厚身,煎得金黃香口,端來時已香氣四溢。進食時把珍寶蟹餅蘸上豆蛋黃醬。外層帶焦香,內層絲絲的蟹肉,真材實料,十分 Juicy,香濃美味的蟹餅令人吃不停口! 接著是我喜歡的燒美國牛肉眼扒 USDA Beef Rib Eye (HK$388) 重份量之選,肉質鮮嫩,肉汁豐富,絕對不可錯過!而且主菜還可自由搭配七款配菜,當中包括女士們喜歡的大啡菇、BB菠菜和露筍、炸蕃薯條、薯蓉、墨魚汁麵和意大利薯仔丸子等。每款配菜 HK$40 至 HK$60,價錢相當實惠。 吃西餐怎可沒有薯條?不過,我更愛這兒的 French Fries 炸蕃薯條 (HK$60),不但炸香脆,而且,蕃薯更為香甜味美。 想飽肚一點,還有澱粉質之選 - Crushed Potatoes 意大利薯仔丸子 (HK$60),一口一粒,十分方便,加入醬汁,更添滋味。 碧綠的 Baby Spinach BB菠菜 (HK$40),則是 BeautySearch 的最愛,嫩口爽脆,作為伴菜相當合適。 最有驚喜的,相信要數 Portobello Mushroom 大啡菇 (HK$40),十分厚身,而且相當 Juicy,加上表層散上點點海鹽,即時提鮮! 使用指定信用卡還可享 15% 優惠。聽說這兒添加了不少海鮮選擇,下次有機會定必約同大伙兒前來共享! continue reading
