To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由中學已經開始食永年車仔麵, 它由一間好古老嘅舊鋪轉換到而家已經行電子化嘅新鋪, 最近仲開多咗間分店㖭。雖然裝修格局已經唔同咗,但食物依然保持水準。我今日叫咗一碗車仔麵,裏面有魚蛋,蘿蔔,豬腸, 雞翼尖, 油麵底和微辣。 魚蛋好香魚肉味, 蘿蔔好鮮甜, 夠淋身。 而豬腸一d腥味都冇, 仲好香滷水汁味。 雞翼尖一啲雪藏味都冇同夠鮮甜。 油麵煮得剛剛好,唔會太淋和太硬, 再配埋微辣真係好嘢味另外再叫咗個奶油多, 牛油厚切再加練奶同麵包烘底, 又香又脆又甜真係冇得頂!最後叫多碟菜心, 菜心唔會太油,仲好爽口,好鮮甜, 煮嘅時間剛剛好。另外再叫咗杯凍好立克, 食完真係好滿足,好飽
