天文台🔭話過幾日開始回暖, 趁住呢兩日仲凍, 打多次邊爐。香香宮煮裝修風格同我無幾耐前幫襯過的成都老碼頭火鍋好似, 充滿濃厚中國古典氣息。可能位置比較方便既關係, 香香宮煮比較受歡迎, 同樣大概下午4點到達, 客人數目比成都老碼頭多一半。我地點左豬軟骨蕃茄湯鍋, 手切頂級安格斯牛肉(300G), 牛骨髓, 桂花蚌, 蟹黃餃(4粒), 香香宮煮肉丸拼盤, 即炸響鈴同自家製竹蔗茅根。湯底不錯, 足料味鮮。自家製🎋竹蔗茅根 - 好飲, 清甜滋潤。香香宮煮肉丸拼盤 - 5款肉丸當中最好味係松露芝心墨魚丸, 爽滑彈牙既墨魚丸包覆住滿滿香濃既芝士流心, 餐廳誠意之作。另外鮮牛丸都好食, 牛肉質地係腍滑既嗰種, 似食緊窩蛋牛肉。豬肉丸質感就好似香港家常蒸肉餅不過係丸子形狀, 可惜入口較乾同嚡口。手打蟹籽鮮蝦丸好重腥味, 手打蟹籽墨魚丸都有輕微腥味, 比蝦丸好少少。蟹黃餃(4粒)本身味道唔錯, 但有我唔鍾意食既薑絲。桂花蚌同即炸響鈴表現正常, 有🆚比較之下, 成都老碼頭既出品質素好很多。我覺得成都老碼頭既半份桂花蚌跟香香宮煮既一份份量差不多。但折後價香香宮煮貴大約$20之餘, 成都老碼頭的桂花蚌大塊厚

桂花蚌同即炸響鈴表現正常, 有🆚比較之下, 成都老碼頭既出品質素好很多。我覺得成都老碼頭既半份桂花蚌跟香香宮煮既一份份量差不多。但折後價香香宮煮貴大約$20之餘, 成都老碼頭的桂花蚌大塊厚肉, 食落更有爽脆彈牙既口感。炸響鈴都係, 香香宮煮價錢較貴, 件數一樣, 但成都老碼頭更大件厚身。

牛骨髓 - 好差, 一般係出面食到既牛骨髓表面都係好平滑, 但從相片可以睇到, 香香宮煮既牛骨髓霉霉爛爛, 溶溶地咁。一夾就斷。淥左兩條黎食, 又散又無味。其實齋睇個外表已經知道好唔新鮮, 點解餐廳仲要拎出去賣
