To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年尾時間忙著買野過年, 一放假就係行商場, 行完餓餓地就四圍搵野食.享和街越黎越多餐廳, 而且外邊D人唔識黎呢邊, 相對無咁多人等位.呢間越南野無咁貴, 夠街坊小店feel, 環境乾淨企理.越南既河粉最出名, 所以要左碗香茅牛肉河粉, 料十分之多, 大大碗.牛肉似肥牛, 少少脂肪, 食落特別軟嫩唔韌, 少少既香茅味唔會搶左牛肉既肉鮮味.河粉好滑溜, 唔會淋晒, 好爽口. 而且湯底味濃, 仲有D芽菜, 洋蔥配料, 特別香.小食要左款魚露雞翼, 炸得夠香脆但唔過火, 唔油膩好香口. 雞翼外脆內嫩, 肉質味道剛剛好, 唔會太咸, 唔洗點醬汁都夠晒味.呢間小店除左主食, 小食之外, 仲有埋自家制甜品, 仲要係幾蚊雞一舊, 所以要左件椰汁紅豆糕.紅豆好多粒, 特別香, 糕本身食落有質感, 唔會得一斛風, 而且唔會太甜, 食多幾舊都唔覺漏.份量十足, 食完十分飽而且好味, 支持呢D小店.
