To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又再次在中環覓食,午餐一大班人選擇不多,想圍在一起吃飯,最好莫過於「飲茶」。中平價之選有這間位於中環廣場和中環街市中間的寶湖,可以定位,而且5位以下快速有位。這次誤打誤撞叫了一桌都和「蝦」有關的點心,不過很不錯!拍黃瓜這裡沒有茶芥雙寶(酸菜和花生),有的是拍黃瓜。黃瓜的品種用對了,而且非常新鮮。雖然是必須「付費」的項目,但付的開心。鮮蝦炸春卷皮薄而脆,蝦肉足、味濃,雖然是雪藏蝦,但沒有雪味。上碟時熱辣辣,香脆可口。潮州粉果皮略厚,多粉,雖然餡料豐富,但味道不出眾。鮮蝦炸腐皮卷和炸春卷一樣皮薄而脆,蝦肉足、味濃。腐皮厚薄適中,不會因太厚而「油淋淋」,也不會因太薄而容易炸燶,很不錯。鮮蝦蒸腸粉腸粉薄而滑,用的蝦大大隻,有蝦味(最怕那些只有蝦texture而沒有蝦味的雪藏蝦)。入口啖啖彈牙的蝦肉,雖然知道是雪藏貨色,但也不錯。帶子炸雲吞皮薄、香口,炸得不油不膩,上碟時熱辣辣,帶子又大大隻,不錯。炸咸水角皮厚又粘牙,一口咬下去,咸水角裡面的餡料被糯米粉和澄麵的味道蓋過,失敗之作。糖不甩夠煙韌,花生碎香,合格之作。蒸鮮蝦餃皮薄、蝦新鮮,上碟時熱辣辣,水準之作。乾炒牛河河粉炒得不夠乾身,醬油也不夠
