柯士甸站附近的S2鐵板燒,門口掛有人咁高的巨型紅燈籠,非常搶眼。店內空間不大,但坐滿了客人,氣氛熱鬧。每位奉送青檸花旗蔘茶,甘甘地幾特別。前菜是煙鴨胸沙律盛合杯和三點刺身。沙律菜冰涼爽脆,甜蝦勁大隻!慢煮法國鵝肝時令水果哈密瓜非常香甜,而鵝肝就煎至外脆內軟,油香滿溢,正!旁邊紫色的以為是藍莓,一咬才知道是爆珠,十分有趣!時令貝類勁大隻帶子,調味有點像中式的芡汁。北海道原隻粒貝貝肉彈牙可口,蟹籽增加了口感。北海道原隻毛蟹兩食蟹蓋加入蛋白蒸熟,蟹腳勁多刺,我技術唔好,一路剪一路拮親手。紐西蘭羊架配香煎脆雞扒羊煎至八成熟,但都唔會靱,羊羶羶地先正,雞扒勁多濃郁嘅汁。A5和牛薄燒中間包著蔥和炸蒜片,下面墊著方包。S2特色黃金炒飯一人份量,多到可以分兩碗。燒野菜清淡的野菜突顯了烘芝麻的香味。野菜炒拉麵醬油和麻油的味道十分濃厚,麵身彈牙。焗雜菌菌類清淡,正好用來解膩。S2鐵板紙包蜆湯店員會先為我們剪開紙包。清湯中帶一點點的甜,海帶亦可口。甜品雪糕泡芙,內裡的雪糕非常軟滑可口,甜入心。
