To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這夜想吃個燒味飯做晚餐,便到附近這間太興燒味。這裡除了'招牌'燒味外也有小炒、蒸魚等供應,餐牌算幾多元化。我就選了叉燒燒鵝雙拼飯餐,有油菜和例湯或茶、啡。例湯是冬瓜赤小豆湯,味道很淡,早知喝杯奶茶,可能會比這個湯更好喝。(1.5/5)油菜菜心算新鮮翠綠,但吃起來一點不鮮甜,可說是'菜無菜味'。(1.5/5)叉燒燒鵝雙拼飯的叉燒不過不失,香甜肉質軟。燒鵝就不吃也罷,肉太乾,又沒有鵝油香。對這個應該是'招牌'的燒味飯實在是失望。(2/5)這店的座位頗逼,至於服務方面,員工雖然很有效率手腳快,但對客人都有禮,這方面不錯。
