To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 全名以前叫太兴烧味,专卖港式烧腊。现在除了烧腊,还有很多香港常见的菜式,就像一般的冰室、港式茶餐厅。位置:位于主要小区的商场、主要大街上。餐厅环境:装饰漂亮、座位舒适。服务:服务员殷勤、态度良好。菜式:正宗港式烧味、粤菜小炒、港式料理、奶茶咖啡等味道:烹调美味、尤其以烧味为优,奶茶也不错。人均:70评论:吃过多次的连锁餐厅,质量有保证,可以推荐。

星期五晚上6:10光顧坐低先落單,豉汁蒸倉魚(明知要等20分鐘),豈料25分鐘尚未見影,呼叫服務員跟進,(無跟)到了30分鐘再追,(行咗去)全場不是有很多枱客,大媽式服務,衰過去深圳,飲食業之福,下次不會光顧。

話說朝頭早去雅蘭中心睇醫生,想食個早餐先,見到樓下有間太興就入去啦⋯⋯我其實都食過好多次太興早餐,通常都好少會出事😂😂😂係試過一次喺香港仔太興有啲不愉快經歷,不過我冇做到OpenRice 評語,只係私底下出個意見比佢哋總部就算⋯⋯今次冇乜問題, 早餐都OK正常,乾淨。啲職員都有招呼,雖然只有一間集團式茶餐廳,但依間做到了應有嘅要求…始終旺角區都會搭枱的,呢個唔係問題…少少like就係嗰塊麵包多士又整熱上👍

基本上日日中午都幫襯叉燒油雞飯,但近排叉燒水準真係慘不忍睹,一食落口有強烈獵肉怪味,而且非常硬,已向職員提過反映,但沒改善,可能每人口味不同,但變成獵肉味叉燒而沒有本身燒味的叉燒,最後食埋今天,真的不會再點了。因為每次幫襯都是為了吃太興的叉燒,基本上每天雅蘭太興職員都認得我,希望會反映比上面,現在太興的叉燒比起囍運冰室,九龍餐室的叉燒差了一大截,而且是80蚊一個叉油雞飯。所以若太興沒改善,看來我也要換地方吃午餐。香港現在餐飲已經難做,希望 貴公司能保持質素。
