To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間如果訂座來吃會更划算,像我今天是中午吃的話會有7折,這就性價比更高了!重慶雞煲(半隻)(168元)雞煲雖然只是半隻,但也比想像中的要大煲,雞件的量挺多,而且肉很多,吃起來肉質嫩滑,雞皮爽脆。辣度我選了中辣和中麻,來到的程度都很夠,辣和麻都非常過癮,醬汁味道鹹香,不用沾調味料都很夠味了!鮮白鱔片(118元)這個性價比非常高,有十多片的白鱔片,吃起來又滑又爽,白鱔的油香十足,而且無骨!榴槤炸彈(48元)炸得非常乾身,就算放久了也不會軟掉,吃起來外脆內軟,榴槤味香濃,而且是爆汁的狀態,非常邪惡!白飯(12元)飯挺香的。
