Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運是一家自己比較喜歡的米芝蓮平民食店。因為店舖排隊的人確實很多,所以一直以來我很少會主動說要去(因為自己比較懶)。不過,M說它原來有訂位的服務,吃的是一些貴價一點的點心,所以決定集合一群朋友一起去吃,果然一呼百應,顯然大家都是不喜歡排隊之人!訂位的餐牌除了普遍的點心以外,還有一些貴價的選擇(只供訂位客人享用)。我們兩種都叫了些,不過吃後還是覺得它的普遍點心做的比較好吃.尤其它的酥皮焗叉燒包、蝦餃、燒賣皇、雜菌蝦春卷和腸粉,真的是必叫之選.我寫到這裡已經想到春卷的薄脆和腸粉的嫩滑..忍不住又想去了!!貴價點心中,個人比較欣賞的是大大隻的鮑魚酥和鵝肝醬咸水角,可惜只供訂位的顧客享用。
