To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 愛人生日,晚上訂枱要求坐窗邊,窗邊位設最低消費每人500蚊另加一服務費。 提早半小時入座,一坐就係角落靚位,超驚喜,無唸過俾個咁靚既位我, 個景靚到不得了,由右面西九至左面北角睇得非常清楚。食埋個2人魚翅鮑魚B餐,都係每位580蚊已經好抵,個蟹黃翅推介必食。餐廳賣埋熱爆 Tony Wong 出既Cake, 簡值係整餐飯既完美句號。
