To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在APM我們一行四人光顧了一家鐵板燒居酒屋,整體體驗相當愉快。首先,餐廳的環境非常舒適,木質裝潢和柔和的燈光讓人感覺溫馨又放鬆,彷彿置身於和式的氛圍中。我們點了幾道菜,包括海鮮拼盤、特上四口品TORO、燒牛五串和豬肉露肉卷,每一道菜都呈現得相當精緻,色彩鮮豔,令人一見就想嘗試。海鮮拼盤裡的新鮮生魚片滑嫩可口,特上四口品TORO則肥美得讓人欲罷不能,入口即化,真是一試成主顧。燒牛五串的肉質鮮嫩,搭配特製醬汁,讓人一口接著一口,根本停不下來。我們還試了白身魚的石鍋魚湯,湯頭清淡卻鮮美,魚肉滑嫩,無論是味道還是口感都讓人感到滿足。此外,還有一杯令人期待的關西燒,這是店裡的招牌,餡料超級豐富,讓人印象深刻。飲品方面,我們選擇了一娘清酒和梅酒白蘭地,這些飲品與菜品相得益彰,讓整頓飯的氛圍更加雅致。
