早幾日同朋友傾開去邊度搵食,朋友介紹咗大學站附近呢間新開嘅「幸鮨屋」, 話佢哋嘅壽司拼盤,抵食又新鮮,趁今日 Happy Friday,放半晝同老公兩個去試下。原來間餐廳都唔算細,佔地兩層,裝潢簡約,以木色調為主,予人舒適的感覺。餐牌上面嘅食物選擇都幾多,除了有朋友推介嘅壽司拼盤,另外仲有套餐、定食、刺身、丼飯、石燒牛等供應。我哋揀咗個自選壽司拼盤 ($108)  同極上壽司盛·鮨,兩份餐都附送麵豉湯同沙律,分量十足。拼盤包壽司、迷你丼、刺身或天婦羅。壽司我哋揀咗 A1,全部都係以火炙為主,當中包括有:火炙三文魚、火炙左口魚邊、火炙芝士熟蝦、沙律醬燒蟹棒、蒲燒鰻魚、焦糖三文魚。幾款壽司味道都唔錯,食材新鮮,而且火炙過後,脂香更加突出,入口即溶。個人最鍾意就係火炙芝士熟蝦同蒲燒鰻魚,蝦肉經火炙後,呈半生熟,芝士融入蝦身,咬下鮮爽又帶陣陣芝香。另外鰻魚味道亦不俗,肉質結實,燒汁香甜。迷你丼揀咗 B4:炙燒鮮銀鱈魚、左口魚邊丼 (+$15),丼飯雖然係迷你版,但其實分量都唔少。銀鱈魚肉質肥美豐腴,入口細嫩滑溜,就算不蘸豉油仍能吃到魚的鮮味。左口魚邊經炙燒後魚油滲出,食落軟滑甘香,魚脂充滿口腔

刺身同天婦羅二選一,揀咗 C2:蝦天婦羅x2、日本番薯仔天婦羅x2。蝦天婦羅炸漿鬆化,咬下沒有油膩感。番薯仔天婦羅亦甚有水準,油少粉薄,細細粒、甜入心。

至於另外嗰客極上壽司盛·鮨 ($145)  就一共有 12 件壽司,當中包括有:三文魚、帶子、油甘魚、八爪魚、赤蝦、甜蝦、活赤貝、深海池魚、海膽、三文魚籽、蟹肉蟹膏、蔥拖羅蓉,好大堆頭, 陣容鼎盛!

每件魚生都好新鮮,三文魚很滑很油潤,帶子大顆飽滿,肉厚味甜。赤蝦同甜蝦質素亦唔錯,蝦肉晶瑩剔透,口感鮮甜滑溜。赤貝爽口彈牙、而海膽亦 Creamy 細滑,入口充滿海水鹹鮮。壽司飯亦有水準,黏性高,富米香,加上醋的調味理想,能帶出魚的鮮味。

順帶一提,餐廳有幫手賣黃口罩,定價合理,住喺附近嘅街坊不妨幫襯下,好過上網買,又唔使擔心被騙。
