茶碗蒸入口順滑,蛋味香濃,仲加咗蟹肉同蟹籽,鮮味十分突出。


進肴
用粟米鬚包住嘅北海道帶子,大粒厚肉又鮮甜,粟米鬚煎到金黃香脆,配搭自家製製茄醬,口感level up!


追肴
香煎銀鱈魚魚皮煎到好脆口,魚肉入口嫩滑,配搭紫菜牛油汁,十分香口。


主菜
A4宮崎和牛薄燒油脂分布平均,輕輕煎香,油香滿滿,配上壽喜燒汁同蛋汁,肉質嫩滑,幸福嘅感覺來了!
