在太古城工作了差不多四年多, 唯一一間酒樓未吃過的, 就是這家, 除了因為是最難預訂外, 也是因為距離比其他遠, 今次有緣吃到, 只能說見面不如聞名. 食客人潮如湧, 座位空間感是幾間酒樓裏面住擠迫的. 午安市也是點心, 燒味和小菜, 不會有什麼奢侈的菜式, 而燒味也令人失望. 燒腩仔肉質太乾, 有點燒焦, 吃起來有點焦苦. 叉燒用上半肥瘦的梅頭, 肉質正常但味道偏甜.點心的蝦餃燒賣還算可以, 件頭夠大, 外皮偏厚, 內餡鮮熟度OK, 牛腩煲則是最失望的, 上枱的時候已經見到其肉質之乾柴, 一咬就感受到完全的纖維而非肉嫩, 比一般粉麵店的做得更差, 就是選擇一些比較肥美的部位, 也解決不了, 而蘿蔔多渣也吸收不到肉汁之精華, 簡單來說不合格.I haven’t had the chance to try it until now since my office moved to Cityplaza for 4 years. I haven’t had the chance to try it until now since my office moved to Cityplaza for 4 years. It‘s difficult to book and far from other restaurants. My experience was disappointing as the restaurant was crowded and the seating space was cramped. The lunch menu mainly consists of dim sum, roasted meat, and small dishes, but the roasted meat was dry and burnt, and the char siu was too sweet. The shrimp dumplings and siu mai were decent, but the beef brisket was tough and lacked tenderness. Overall, it did not meet expectations.
