在太古城工作了差不多四年多, 唯一一間酒樓未吃過的, 就是這家, 除了因為是最難預訂外, 也是因為距離比其他遠, 今次有緣吃到, 只能說見面不如聞名. 食客人潮如湧, 座位空間感是幾間酒樓裏面住擠迫的. 午安市也是點心, 燒味和小菜, 不會有什麼奢侈的菜式, 而燒味也令人失望. 燒腩仔肉質太乾, 有點燒焦, 吃起來有點焦苦. 叉燒用上半肥瘦的梅頭, 肉質正常但味道偏甜.點心的蝦餃燒賣還算可以, 件頭夠大, 外皮偏厚, 內餡鮮熟度OK, 牛腩煲則是最失望的, 上枱的時候已經見到其肉質之乾柴, 一咬就感受到完全的纖維而非肉嫩, 比一般粉麵店的做得更差, 就是選擇一些比較肥美的部位, 也解決不了, 而蘿蔔多渣也吸收不到肉汁之精華, 簡單來說不合格.I haven’t had the chance to try it until now since my office moved to Cityplaza for 4 years. It‘s difficult to book and far from other restaurants. My experience was disappointing as the restaurant was crowded and the seating space was cramped. The lunch menu mainly consists of dim sum, roasted meat, and small dishes, but the roasted meat was dry and burnt, and the char siu was too sweet. The shrimp dumplings and siu mai were decent, but the beef brisket was tough and lacked tenderness. Overall, it did not meet expectations. continue reading

如果你唔係熟客,去呢間酒樓只會貼$買難受!食物又唔係好,人手極度不足,環境擠迫!價錢中等,服務下流,唯一賣點係太古城方便,同區真係有更多好選擇!正如之前亦都有食客投訴,個reception 姐姐態度不佳,唔識安排!年初二屋企團拜,因為就大家住附近,而且明白新年旺季特登個半月前打電話訂枱,係個半月前!然後早一個星期收到reception 姐姐confirm 電話,竟然問我可唔可以由原本12點改10:30am, 當時已經覺得奇怪,仲話平時唔會俾人訂因為旺季,我話我成個月前訂,無可能依家先話安排唔到,擺明就係想就佢地認為既熟客,改我呢啲生客嘅Booking⋯⋯我都明白,間間酒樓都會就熟客,我怕酒樓難做,亦特登主動同reception 姐姐提出比訂金留枱,然後佢堅持話唔使,並會妥善處理!好!最後今日訂咗12點兩張枱18 個人(因為話無一張咁大既枱!),準時12點前取枱,去到只有半圍枱ready,隔籬枱仲食緊點心同埋甜品吹水,最後所有屋企長輩有老有嫩18個人企晒係到, 12:30都仲未交到枱。重點係:1)去到現場原來有啲枱係坐到18 個人,係我訂嘅只可以坐12 個人,所以要拆2張枱,可能我真係唔係客,所以有呢啲「特別」待遇2)因為得一張枱ready, reception 姐姐叫我地另外10 個人包括幾個70+長輩出门口等…但係係佢地遲咗30 分鐘都仲未交到枱俾我地,但要我哋移玉步再等,真係唔知乜嘢待客之道3)後面有幾張大枱吉左(可以坐12+人),我即時提議reception 姐姐改俾我地,佢即時拒絕話安排唔到同時,仲反駁係我呢個客最初要求2張枱(但係訂枱時佢話一張枱坐唔落)4)遲咗30分鐘,堅持隔離枱已經賣單,好快可以安排,但當時隔離枱仲未有意慾離開最後,真係唔好意思,我同reception 姐姐理論,佢先至勉為其難,咁啱隔離枱離開,先至安排到2張枱俾我呢個「客」!最後12:45先可以坐低。足足遲左45 分鐘!Lastly 我唔介意酒樓一開始拒絕我booking, 或者講白啲只招呼熟客,咁我一開始咪唔幫襯你地囉!但一旦認𠄘左客人,就必定需要安排得到!否則毋須要客人訂枱!仲要呢啲大時大節,本身諗住同親戚長輩舒服飲茶,落得咁既下場,俾$睇人面色!咁既待客態度,唔好話生客,熟客都會慢慢消失,你無生客,可來熟客? continue reading

近幾年親戚們食晚飯多數都揀喺太古城中心既翰騰閣食😆今年冬至食飯都唔例外😂吃了好幾次都不錯的,今年比較多人出街食飯,等位都耐咗😐不過唔緊要,最緊要係一家人齊齊整整咁食飯,齊齊整整呀ma!😁今次我哋單點無嗌套餐,蝦仁炒蛋不錯,蝦仁夠大隻蛋都好食份量足夠鴛鴦炒飯份量都夠多,味道適中好味,我食咗幾碗翠玉瓜炒牛柳粒就中規中矩,牛柳粒唔夠入味😝西蘭花帶子都好味,帶子夠大粒燒味拼盤都好味美中不足係叉燒斬得比較大舊員工服務態度都好,整體滿意 continue reading

就算你預訂左位 你都要等好耐 只會安排給熟客優先 而且人手根本不足 倒不如改用電子落單 咁又可以避免錯誤 就算你排左隊好多時都要等一兩個中 熟客黎到 幾分鐘即入 雖然呢個手法係好耐以前已經有 但宜家科技發達既時代 點可以仲係咁樣既安排?食物好味 但安排真係搞五掂 就算你食物好味 你安排不足都係難以令店鋪持久你要好多人去光顧 你就需要去改一改個電子科技 就算有熟客 又可以維持幾耐?一直五吸引新客 就算比你一直用舊客 係咪可以無止境光顧? continue reading
