約左個客係尖沙咀食午餐,講真最怕就係約12點....見客既地方又唔可以失禮,周邊既食客都係會影響環境,但又唔想去酒店(太覺眼)。結果去 the one搵食點心既地方...呢間餐廳連個客都讚,因為佢話而家無咩酒樓既點心係特別同用心做,事實止都係.....黑松露蝦餃,黑松露香但不搶走蝦味。鮮竹卷真係炸完先再浸龍蝦汁,咬落去有少少脆,呢d先叫用心做咸水角豬仔,我同個客都玩左好耐,又靚,又夠脆而沒有炸到燶,油又不會太多平時夾小籠包成日都整穿,但呢一個小籠包已經分開一個個,用手拎埋碗就得....平時食綿花雞都唔食雞,因為一般酒樓都用無雞味既急凍材料,但呢一間既雞竟有黃油的而石榴(即係個頭有d紅)其實是類似粉果的東西成餐飯令我地最喜出望外的是燉雪梨雪耳,真係咩都唔洗講,睇個樣就知.....睇個樣會以為好貴,但其實重要既係....只是$48成餐飯加埋曬埋單$404老實講,見客去呢度,掂!

平時夾小籠包成日都整穿,但呢一個小籠包已經分開一個個,用手拎埋碗就得....

成餐飯令我地最喜出望外的是燉雪梨雪耳,真係咩都唔洗講,睇個樣就知.....睇個樣會以為好貴,但其實重要既係....只是$48
