To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳沒有漂亮的裝修,入門口好像只有幾張枱,二樓比較多些大枱,環境不太嘈雜,都有幾枱外國遊客,服務員比較多係上左年紀的人。今晚老闆請客,不能下下相機食先,就隨便介紹兩個名菜吧!主角應該是這裡的花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉及香煎百花雞件配魚露,另外還有大蝦兩食,梅菜芥蘭⋯⋯等花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉--蟹肉好新鮮,花雕完全滲透入蟹肉內,一點也沒有蓋過,陳村粉經過蒸煮都吸入蟹的鮮味及香濃的花雕汁,好食香煎百花雞件配魚露--雞件煎得很香,雞肉夾蝦膠,食落非常彈牙,要炸到雞皮脆又感覺不膩,功夫要好了得大蝦兩食及梅菜芥蘭都係好食之選這食府能做到價格咁貴都有咁多客人幫襯,除了用料新鮮及優質,相信廚師居功不少整體來說很好食,但價格也不便宜

這食府能做到價格咁貴都有咁多客人幫襯,除了用料新鮮及優質,相信廚師居功不少


整體來說很好食,但價格也不便宜
