再Encore呢間宮廷風嘅火鍋店,環境舒適,今次揀咗特色卜卜蜆湯底,蜆份量極多,粒粒肥美,湯底鮮甜,未打邊爐已經飲咗二碗仔🤤✨牛肉拼盤(細)牛舌片,牛金錢展口感爽口,牛頸脊牛味香濃,牛肉粒,手切雪花牛油香肉嫩,牛胸油爽身唔膩,各有特色！✨伊比利亞橡果豬大理石紋般嘅油花,肉味濃郁,唔油膩！✨蟹子鮮蝦丸彈牙又多蟹子,正！✨即炸響鈴 & 薯粉響鈴一淥即食已經好好味,薯粉吸收晒食物同湯底嘅精華,好味！✨大滾友雜菜拼盤包羅萬有,番茄、唐生菜、金菇、蓮藕、黑木耳、紫淮山、油麥菜、粟米，全部都好新鮮！✨竹蔗茅根打邊爐又點少得竹蔗茅根,清甜解渴!✨火焰焦糖豆腐花店員喺豆腐花上面加啲黃糖,再加少少酒,然後點火,真係睇得又食得,正! ✨同至愛嘅人享受一餐帝王式嘅火鍋真係太幸福!
