海鮮始終覺得係香港最地道好味~今次我選擇左米芝蓮六福菜館,仲要連續16年都keep 住個一星,以食新鮮海鮮價錢唔算貴~餐廳設有不同海鮮套餐方便第一次來的客人食到店家招牌菜~ 而我跟內行朋友過來當然是單點試下店家最新一系列特色招牌菜🔸魚湯(例)蕃茄魚湯真係濃郁魚鮮味到不得了,口感順滑~🔸低溫米水元貝第一次食到用低溫米水 煮,像綿滑粥底包裹鮮甜大隻元貝!🔸椒鹽鮑魚每次來都一定要食,店家招牌菜超大隻椒鹽鮑魚,炸皮很薄,保持鮑魚鮮甜彈性🔸天婦羅桶蠔生菜包大癲超巨桶蠔必食,炸得超酥脆!配生菜包沙律醬包住非常清新~ 🔸藥膳辣酒煮花螺 例藥膳辣酒唔會好油,花螺肉都幾大粒,Q彈鮮甜🔸豉皇炒麵別少看只是豉皇炒麵,炒得條條分明有鑊氣且非常惹味🔸蒜絲蒸茄子去皮茄子白雪雪精緻講究,加埋蒜蓉粉絲蒜好好味
