爸爸很久沒去西貢,今日特別帶他和媽來一趙。選了這餐館,因為水準一向平穏 (現時很多餐館水準參差,一時一樣)。因為爸爸不能吃海鮮,我們選了魚湯、椒鹽豆腐、欖角骨、涼瓜煎蛋白、豉油皇炒麵。 魚湯是出名菜式,湯魚味濃郁,每啖入口都是享受,有點想再叫多一窩。 椒鹽豆腐亦是我們必選菜式,豆腐炸得整整齊齊,外皮微黃色一致,外皮脆,但內裹豆腐出奇地嫩滑,有點像藝術品傑作。欖角骨煮得可口,欖角味不太濃剛好。 豉油皇炒麵炒得很爽,不過偏貴$108。涼瓜煎蛋白就有點失望,涼瓜只是切絲數條,效果比較失色,與其它菜式大相逕庭。五道應該不太貴價的菜式,埋單要$700,值不值見仁見致。服務方面,比較舊派,大家不要期望專業服務。 雖然如此,我認為服務員都應該學會一些基本服務水平,我們不需要服務員雙手恭敬向客人遞上帳單,但也不想看到服務員單手不望客人扔下帳單在枱上。  有點自拆招牌。 continue reading

星期日無無聊聊去西貢行下,之後順便食埋晚飯至走,去西貢就緊係食海鮮啦!會先係街市買料再拎去餐廳加工.每次黎西貢食海鮮必選六福,除左o岩口味之外,就緊係價錢公道,環境舒適,服務好...坐低叫個脆皮豆腐同芥辣木耳食住等,豆腐外脆內軟,熱辣辣加埋支大啤,爽呀!伙記推介炒聖子米粉底,米粉脆卜卜,聖子鮮甜幼嫩.每次黎六福都必食椒鹽鮑魚,因為唔係度度整到,整到又無佢整得咁好味.唯一辣酒煮花螺麻麻地,朋友話自己煮得重野味.龍蝦頭要黎煲粥,大家食到lam lam脷 continue reading

今晚book左呢間食海鮮,食到一肚火,事源係..我叫左六樣餸,頭四款餸都相隔每15分鐘先到,已經有D不耐煩,食到第四様,就叫定D白飯,又隔左15分鐘後,問侍應其他個兩様好耐了,居然答我:賣晒!為何賣晒唔同我講呢?不了了之咁行開左,侍應連一句唔好意思都無,服務太差,我即刻埋單走人,去第二間再食晚飯,大家有無試過兩個小時內食兩次晚餐! continue reading
