唔係嚇你 。4個人 午餐 $3600 !好,開始: 星期日 4個人行完山,話好耐冇嚟過呢邊食,仲讃唉當年D老闆有幾咁好,個個月會帶D team members 嚟西貢食海鮮 bla bla bla~~ 於是乎就去咗呢間佢以前成日跟team嚟食嘅「正」嘢!叫咗3個海鮮,1個炒菜,1個小菜⋯⋯是真的,海鮮好新鮮,勁大!紅瓜子,鮮,甜,冇泥味瀨尿蝦,長過隻男人手掌,超多超厚肉元貝 甜,鮮,勁大隻我感覺係,呢間係真材實料,不過如果要食靚海鮮又冇咩錢,都係去返街市買,自己煮低D!因為食完都幾肉赤!始終,而家D公司都越嚟越莓,entertainment expenses cut得就cut,想食好嘢就真係要努力搵錢自己請自己食。。。抵唔抵食我有啲迷惘!如果我係有錢人,我覺得ok,因為真係新鮮,煮得又剛剛好。。。可惜,我未至於有錢,所以食完有肉赤嘅感覺! continue reading

一家人5人難得嚟西貢,首選一定去六福飲茶食下海鮮,除咗佢得到米芝蓮外,仲有2道我至愛必點菜式!六福門面好細,地下果層只有一枱....我想係for takeaway 為主,次次堂食都要上2或3樓....店內比一般酒樓decent 啲~ 整體感覺高檔少少及衛生,想幽靜啲同屋企人飲個茶必選呢度! 屋企人好鍾意魚湯,侍應向我們介紹一道地貢地道魚湯...我們即刻要一個大既,嘩~果然鮮甜好滋潤,一啲都唔腥,我地每人都飲咗起碼2碗,飲完個胃暖曬 跟住就嚟我既至愛 "椒鹽奇趣豆腐" 及 "蜜糖雞翼",呢兩道菜可以係全香港我覺得最好味既 ~!!豆腐外皮炸到又薄又脆,椒鹽味道啱啱好,裡面豆腐好滑嫩,沾上醋簡直perfect,絕對係屋企整唔到!! 而蜜糖雞翼一上枱時係熱到辣口的,香濃蜜糖加芝麻既外皮,入面雞肉又入味,成隻雞翼都炸到脹卜卜咁,好正!!   我爸媽比較愛叫海鮮,叫咗個蟶子及開邊蝦俾佢地,蟶子都夠鑊氣,不過味道及蟶子質感差少少。 蒜茸半邊蝦,啲蝦都幾鮮甜,整得幾乾淨無蝦腸果啲,鋪滿蒜茸及葱,好惹味!! 可以一試~下次要試下油鹽水花甲及鮑魚先~ continue reading

快將一年沒有來過六福菜館這天突然痴起條根好想食海鮮午餐星期六中午,walk in 入座椒鹽豆腐依然是招牌沒有可能在家裏可以煮到椒鹽鮑魚還是很Sharp 必點之選賴尿蝦還好 椒鹽味道略為太淡不點蒜蓉粉絲好像沒有吃過海鮮所以便點了個蒜蓉粉絲蒸矮瓜🍆 淡淡口味蜜糖雞翼伴芝麻 還是好juicy 不知道是否外遊人少了,好像收費有比以前平啲 😆還是我太過敏感呢? continue reading

新冠疫情下已盡量留家防疫,但適逢中秋佳節,還是決定跟惡人和親友外出應應節,豪食一餐!今次我倆舊地重遊,直奔西貢══「六福菜館」。餐館位於西貢市場街,佔地三層,已連續十年獲得米芝蓮一星榮譽,吸引不少食客慕名而來,假日一般都全院滿座,一位難求。記很多年前惡人第一次帶我來「六福」,那時候它剛摘星,名氣還沒有現在那麼大,卻多了份簡樸親切感,實而不華,收費亦較現在的親民,初嘗它的招牌椒鹽鮑魚便驚為天人,念念不忘,所以此菜式已放進必吃清單內下午三時我便和惡人到觀塘海鮮檔選購新鮮海鮮,買好海鮮後便接親友入西貢,到埗後發現很多海鮮餐館都坐滿人,幸好惡人預先訂位,可以直接上二樓入座。店員默默取走兩大袋海鮮,我見許久都未有人查問菜式煮法,主動跟店員了解,原來他們會先拿進廚房核對海鮮數量。原本想跟店員查詢一下加伊麵收費,他直接叫我們自己看餐牌,揭開發現海鮮加工費的計法原來挺複雜,對於我這個數學白癡來說,還是要套用一下惡人的口頭禪:『好食就得,唔好理價錢!』前菜有花生、酸菜各一小碟,然後第一款上來的是【芝士龍蝦伊麵】,惡人的金舌頭第一口嘗到的是「燶」味。是的,你沒看錯,我亦沒打錯,不是「濃」味,是「燶」味!親友更發現有零碎的「鑊屎」,所以吃到微微的燒焦味,大打折扣(伊麵及海鮮加工費HK$248)【椒鹽奇脆豆腐】超好吃,外脆內滑,半份六件,四人吃剛剛好(HK$60)【薑蔥炒蟹】夠鑊氣,略嫌較油膩(海鮮加工費HK$182)【蒸魚】時間控制得剛剛好,魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,魚汁若是送飯惡人肯定可以爬兩碗,可惜這晚餸菜太多,就沒點飯了(海鮮加工費HK$182)登登燈凳!我最愛的【椒鹽鮑魚】出場了~椒鹽香脆惹味,卻不會蓋過鮑魚本身的鮮味。火喉控制得非常好,每隻鮑魚的味道和口感一致,爽嫩彈牙,不愛吃「熱氣野」的親友都瞬間KO三隻,可想而知有多美味!(海鮮加工費HK$207)【白灼八爪魚】雖然爽脆,但跟剛才的鮑魚相比,頓時失色不少(海鮮加工費HK$187)【椒鹽瀨尿蝦】只怪我們買的懶尿蝦不夠靚,肉質不夠厚,椒鹽味難逼進去,下次試改為避風塘(海鮮加工費HK$187)點了兩枝【忌廉】,HK$17/枝,顯得份外珍貴海鮮加工連加一服務費,埋單HK$1,523(注:此價錢未計自購海鮮哦!) continue reading
