第一次食已經係最少10年前,因為聽講係米之蓮推介餐廳,特登入嚟西貢食,果然冇令我地失望。最近請同事食飯,佢哋鍾意食海鮮,就諗起呢間餐廳,收工一齊搭車入嚟,地點就比較遠,唔係咁方便,但同事食完都大讚好食我哋叫咗椒鹽鮑魚,呢個係超好食!咁整鮑魚好特別,鮑魚仲好彈牙,唔會好un, 連我平時唔鍾意食鮑魚既同事都讚好食!黃金磚豆腐,皮脆內軟滑!正!好香口!辣酒東風螺、薑蔥焗蠔,仲有蝦避風塘賴尿蝦!樣樣都好正!4個人食左大概$1800,份量少,偏貴。 continue reading

爸爸很久沒去西貢,今日特別帶他和媽來一趙。選了這餐館,因為水準一向平穏 (現時很多餐館水準參差,一時一樣)。因為爸爸不能吃海鮮,我們選了魚湯、椒鹽豆腐、欖角骨、涼瓜煎蛋白、豉油皇炒麵。 魚湯是出名菜式,湯魚味濃郁,每啖入口都是享受,有點想再叫多一窩。 椒鹽豆腐亦是我們必選菜式,豆腐炸得整整齊齊,外皮微黃色一致,外皮脆,但內裹豆腐出奇地嫩滑,有點像藝術品傑作。欖角骨煮得可口,欖角味不太濃剛好。 豉油皇炒麵炒得很爽,不過偏貴$108。涼瓜煎蛋白就有點失望,涼瓜只是切絲數條,效果比較失色,與其它菜式大相逕庭。五道應該不太貴價的菜式,埋單要$700,值不值見仁見致。服務方面,比較舊派,大家不要期望專業服務。 雖然如此,我認為服務員都應該學會一些基本服務水平,我們不需要服務員雙手恭敬向客人遞上帳單,但也不想看到服務員單手不望客人扔下帳單在枱上。  有點自拆招牌。 continue reading

星期日無無聊聊去西貢行下,之後順便食埋晚飯至走,去西貢就緊係食海鮮啦!會先係街市買料再拎去餐廳加工.每次黎西貢食海鮮必選六福,除左o岩口味之外,就緊係價錢公道,環境舒適,服務好...坐低叫個脆皮豆腐同芥辣木耳食住等,豆腐外脆內軟,熱辣辣加埋支大啤,爽呀!伙記推介炒聖子米粉底,米粉脆卜卜,聖子鮮甜幼嫩.每次黎六福都必食椒鹽鮑魚,因為唔係度度整到,整到又無佢整得咁好味.唯一辣酒煮花螺麻麻地,朋友話自己煮得重野味.龍蝦頭要黎煲粥,大家食到lam lam脷 continue reading
