呢間位於西貢普通巷子的米之蓮餐廳,由門面到內裏裝橫都給人一種踏實低調的感覺。眼掃了掃餐牌,菜式真的很多,雖然價錢卻翻了個倍似的,但畢竟有粒星,還是有少許期待。點了好幾道菜,味道確實非一般,員工還分享蟹、龍蝦等心得,對於海鮮的事情,他們十分健談,任何問題都一一解答到。 我們自己在外買了新鮮蟹,交給了大廚烹調,大約好像收了三,四十元的加工費,這方面卻是抵食。另外,粉絲蒸扇貝是必點的,味道高質。扇貝的鮮味及濃濃蒜香的粉絲,味道好極。這種新鮮至極的海鮮及大廚烹調海鮮的經驗,足以證明這就是為餐廳摘到星的證據了。 continue reading

原本游完船可朋友推介去食呢間六福,其實去到門口我都感覺會中招,明明訂咗位,佢都要我哋喺門口等,嗰時講緊只係6:00 ,之後我哋上咗2樓,一行10人分兩張枱楚(預咗啦因為禁制令),但係我問佢可唔可以坐近少少,明明好多台都係可以比較接近,佢就俾咗另外兩張分隔到老年咁遠嘅枱我哋,藉口話已經俾人訂晒,但當時只係得我哋上咗去。咁算數啦咪食飯囉,落單問佢有啲乜,個地中海侍應就話餐牌咪寫晒囉自己睇啦,咁我哋就話要賴尿蝦,佢話冇,咁白灼蝦呢,佢又話冇,之後我就問佢有啲乜,佢話休漁期好多海鮮都冇,我即刻啤左一聲,咁咪一開始問佢有啲乜又唔講!之後求其點左啲嘢食,難食到我真係要拍枱!灼螺 - 煮得太耐冇晒鮮味,份量少到每樣食一粒就冇晒 (失敗)豉椒炒聖子 - D聖子有怪味,同埋份量少到好似比廚房偷食一樣 (失敗)椒鹽鮑魚 - 擺到個名個廚師唔識煮,佢應該用咗滾水整熟咗隻鮑魚,之後再落粉去炸,出到嚟又唔趣,又冇咬口,同食罐頭鮑魚冇分別(失敗)墨魚刺身 - 叫做成晚好食啲啦,因為唔使煮生炒骨 - 應該係啲青椒問題,同豉椒炒聖子一樣有怪味,d粉又落得勁多,食粉多個食肉(失敗)瑤柱蛋白炒飯 - 成晚最難食嘅一樣野,佢利害之處係你可以食到隻鑊嘅味道,同埋隔夜油嘅味道,但啲瑤柱雞蛋同埋飯仲有蔥竟然食唔出應有味道(極之失敗)砵酒煮蠔 - 外觀煮到好似黑椒雞翼咁,食落去仲老過我阿媽 (失敗)最大獲咁樣嘅嘢食,買單要五千幾蚊,我發誓呢世都唔會再返轉頭,人生識到最垃圾嘅餐廳呢間一定係最差 continue reading

難得放半日,和同事到西貢行下放鬆下,對上一次入西貢食六福已經成年前,今次推介俾好少入西貢嘅同事。佢嘅椒鹽鮑魚係招牌菜之一,好特別,唔韌,好味,但由於我哋得三個人,只叫左三隻,除左市價一隻鮑魚,另加$180海鮮油料費,share返都幾貴,多人就會抵食啲。嗰晚仲有叫其他招牌菜,風沙雞和椒鹽豆腐,風沙雞皮脆肉嫩,豆腐外脆內滑,都係美味之選! continue reading
