舅父請客吃海鮮,當然要在西貢吃!一早預訂好六福菜館,寫好菜譜,在門外等一會就可以入座了。直上二樓,要走一條樓梯,不過行動不便的朋友可要求在G/F雅座吃😉菜譜早已擬好,甫坐下就開餐了。先上冷盤海膽刺身,味道鮮美不腥,附上紫菜,青瓜,日本豉油和芥辣,本人覺得連紫菜吃較夾,畢竟大家都是海裏的朋友💕再有頭盤,椒鹽奇脆豆腐,外層脆漿很薄,內裏豆腐很滑,待外層稍為冷卻,吃一口,豆腐內心依然燙口再吃豉椒炒蟶子,廚子已切開半,使我們吃得方便,而味道不太濃,恰好然後又再吃椒鹽鮑魚大大隻,爽口彈牙,以前沒有想過鮑魚也可以椒鹽,火候掌握得好好。龍蝦球~ 肉身爽滑,不需太多調味已經能帶出龍蝦鮮味。蒸魚仔!叫了兩碟,一碟有六條🐠🐟,由廚師隨機選擇魚仔,有齊頭閘,有沙鑽,魚仔細細條,卻不多魚骨,肉滑鮮甜✨南乳風沙雞🐔類似炸子雞的一種,雞外脆內嫩,加上乾蒜,南乳醬,吃著有另一番風味。他們自家調較的南乳醬帶少少甜,很好吃😋油鹽焗奄仔蟹🦀選用較大隻的奄仔蟹,油鹽焗後一開二上碟,蟹膏不少,蟹肉經鹽焗後很入味,亦能帶出蟹肉的鮮味👍🏻飯後奉上西瓜,能減少飽膩感菜館每一道菜都很用心製作,配合得宜,實屬中上之選💕 continue reading

可能工作日去噶緣故,餐廳食飯時間都唔多人幫襯,所以服務非常到位,兩個waiter就企係旁邊望住來服侍顧客,感覺有D怪怪地。海鮮好貴,又貴又份量少,畢竟米芝蓮個招牌係度,本來對六福期望好高噶,食完海鮮仲要唔覺得有几好味哦!唯有食肉頂飽個肚啦,個風沙雞係幾好噶,不過食完肉覺得好飽滯。總體感覺貴,味道比唔上個價,下次應該會去幫襯下競爭對手噶味道如何,唔會回頭。 continue reading

同屋企人去西貢行,都係志在周圍行下食下咁啦,有時唔須要諗咁多,行到邊食到邊都係樂趣!呢間一直好想試既菜館已試過好幾次都訂唔到枱,但咁岩今晚經過問佢有無位時居然又話等一陣有,實在高興。4個人叫左幾個小菜,呢碟我最欣賞,魚細細條,好鮮甜,真係魚有魚味,肉質夠嫩,烹調得岩岩好亦記一功!另外呢個舊式海鮮飯可能好多人屋企都整過,我都幾鍾意食。雖然有咁多魚乾蝦乾魷魚乾喺飯度咁,但佢一尐都唔會過咸,淡淡既香味更顯得特別,會不其然一口一口咁食曬 continue reading

係西貢行完山緊係要食餐好既~~平時入西貢就食海鮮,今次轉食小菜,揀咗六福。我好早前已想試呢間食店,因為睇過美食家專欄介紹過,也聽朋友讚好過,今早邊行山邊訂檯。5知係咪假日,要分時段,我就訂咗6點,仲訂埋隻炸子雞。5好以為食店有d 名氣,伙計就會寸爆,剛好相反,他們個個都態度好及有禮 我地5大2小,叫咗5餸1湯1飯。椒鹽豆腐磚 : 真係好正,大人細路都話掂。內滑外鬆,炸粉夠薄,一個字 “掂”椒鹽魷魚 : 5實,鬆軟,好味~~蜜糖骨 : 5係好骨,反而幾多肉咬,好味~~粉絲油鹽水蜆 : 我就覺得5夠鹽水味,但d 蜆都5細,算 ok炸子雞 : 皮脆肉厚,試試無妨~~魚湯 : 夠鮮甜咸香飯 : 要蒸40分鐘架,所以我地一坐低就叫咗呢個飯先。味道都 ok,但我就略嫌太貴,所以下次會試豉油皇炒麵。飯後有西瓜送,好清甜~~ continue reading

好友介紹,之前食完第一次,覺得非常好食之後,就耐唔耐都會黎幫襯同埋BOOK左枱,所以唔使等位~今晚食左豉椒炒蟶子,椒鹽賴尿蝦,粥水豆苗,椒鹽豆腐,油鹽水浸花甲,魚湯是次食飯冇相機先食,所以只有食評先黎魚湯,都是一貫的有鮮味,好飲,平時出街食飯唔會飲出面的湯,但黎親呢度都會嗌黎飲之後椒鹽豆腐,呢個小食,真係好好味,之前睇呢度既食評有好評,所以食完一次就次次黎都係必嗌的!!!油鹽水浸花甲,好鮮,D湯都好鮮甜,不過由於已飲魚湯,所以飲唔曬呢個湯呢跟住係豉椒炒蟶子,好甜好大隻,好味椒鹽賴尿蝦,好甜好多肉,好鮮!頭幾次黎食,都要自己慢慢剝殼,但上次開始,就有個哥哥代勞,真是太好了,因為我唔太熟手,一搞要搞好耐,但哥哥仔,一分鐘唔使,就已經解決曬粥水豆苗,第一次食,都幾有新鮮感,同埋D粥水好甜食完後冇乜口渴既感覺,所以應該冇乜味之素下次黎會試下<蜜糖欖角骨>服務唔錯,侍應有為我們再次''不''湯,雖然價錢唔算平,但比起,如果用平價錢去博,食其他舖頭,食完覺得唔好食,又嘥左個quota,咁不如乖乖地去番呢一間,起碼有信心呢度既野食一定啱我地口味!同埋食海鮮都預左唔平! continue reading
