想食海鮮就一定諗起西貢,況且揸車入去都只係半小時,心血來潮想吃海鮮,就特登揸車入去,四人行去大擦海鮮餐一去到餐廳附近已經有咪錶位或者代客泊車,好方便揸車人士,海鮮菜館有三層高,店員隨即安排我哋上2樓嘅位置見到菜館已經差不多滿座,除咗本地人亦有好多外籍人士用餐店員隨即奉上餐牌,我哋就先order咗每人一杯飲品,朋友的青檸梳打看來不錯呢!有一些餐前小食有花生以及辣菜甫,一邊食一邊揀菜式見到每一台都有order椒鹽豆腐,而且網上好評如潮,就即管試一試,每人一件豆腐真係唔夠喉呀,因為佢嘅椒鹽混合在脆卜卜嘅外皮中,裏面嘅豆腐超滑,真係必食之選!夠晒獨特嘅芝士焗龍蝦香煎米粉,龍蝦肥肉甜美,微焦的米粉帶一點脆口,又可以撈Creamy芝士汁食,仲好索味添墨魚刺身大大片,配上豉油Wasabi,令其刺身鮮味更為突出,滑嘟嘟又有咬口嘅口感,令人記憶猶新炸蠔是朋友們的最愛,即叫即炸每一件生蠔,放上碟更加肥大,為了中和油炸感,特意配上生菜,再加沙律醬,一啖食落口味道鮮甜醇厚,實在太邪惡呀海鮮龍吐珠即時東星斑魚,一碟裏面就有兩食,白色的就是用了炒香的烹調方法,可以着重食到魚嘅鮮味,食落去完全冇骨,而且魚肉好嫩滑,另外的就是魚骨腩炸成金黃色,很香脆無比朋友大贊薑蔥炒蟶子皇,同一般原汁原味嘅蒸蟶子相比, 用薑蔥烹調味道更香濃惹味風沙雞亦都係必食之選最後食咗咁多肉肉,食返啲清清地嘅米水白菜,可以清一清腸胃#六福菜館地址 : 西貢市場街49號地舖 continue reading

好耐冇食過海鮮,今日揸開車出去就入左西貢食海鮮🦞喺網上睇到呢間米芝蓮星級餐廳就入左去食啦,環境寬敞舒適,服務都很好晚飯時間都好爆滿,好彩有位芝士龍蝦配炒米粉餅底龍蝦唔算很大隻但都很多肉,肉質鮮嫩可口又彈牙,好特別配炒米粉餅底,幾香口有少少炒燶邊好似食飯焦咁😋薑蔥炒蟶子平時食開蒸蟶子,今次就點咗炒蟶子黎食,薑蔥味啱啱好,唔會蓋過左蟶子嘅鮮味😋風沙雞半隻整得好香口,雞肉鮮嫩多汁又夠滑👍🏻米水白菜再點番個菜去平衝番餸菜的膩感,選用白菜苗,食落很嫩滑👍🏻 continue reading

聽朋友講西貢這間米之蓮既六福菜館好食又出名😋所以就book左枱去食,環境幾舒服架有3層,好大又寬躺,坐得很舒適👍🏻炸豆腐炸豆腐外皮鬆脆可口,內裏很軟熟細滑👍🏻墨魚刺身擺碟已經整得好靚又夠大體,新鮮墨魚片鮮味爽口,又夠凍食落鮮味十足👍🏻龍吐珠魚除咗蒸有其他煮法都很好味,切開一片片去炒都能保留魚肉的鮮味同細滑,最好是無骨岩晒唔中意食骨既我😋炸蠔雖然炸左蠔本身都夠大隻,肉質鮮甜又Juicy青檸梳打天氣太熱點番兩杯凍飲消消暑 continue reading

和朋友們相約西貢出遊,當然要去吃海鮮啦!最後我們選擇了六福,餐館環境在西貢眾多海鮮酒家相對不錯,食物質素和味道也都可圈可點。其中最為驚艷當屬椒鹽鮑魚,個頭十分大,口感Q彈,肉質緊實,用椒鹽的做法,外酥裡嫩,回味無窮。也一定要試下粉絲蒸扇貝,同樣個頭超大,十分新鮮,必點。還點了田螺,椒鹽大蝦,排骨,聖子,都非常美味。聖子店家做得十分入味,一上來,很快就被清盤了。去西貢遊玩的朋友們可以考慮來這家嘗試。 continue reading
