朋友遠道而來,帶他到西貢行下,晚上就係西貢六福食晚飯,叫左幾味,包括椒鹽鮑魚、椒鹽賴尿蝦、風沙雞、薑汁芥蘭、豉油皇炒麵。每款都好好食,尤其椒鹽飽魚,一般都係清蒸,但呢個椒鹽做得好好,吾會梗重有鮮味,風沙雞整得好滑,雞皮是脆,重有個炒麵吾油好香! continue reading

知道六福係西貢開左咁多年,今日第一次帶呀媽去食,真心唔錯,有水準!👍🏻今日打去訂位時都好有禮貌,仲立即提醒你要唔要訂出名嘅雞或魚湯同魚羹!由於今餐得3個人食,所以只係order左2碗魚蓉羹!訂左8點!7點9就到左,一去到已經有枱唔洗等!坐低即刻睇Menu,今次其實黎之前已經心有所屬,要試佢個椒鹽鮑魚!一人一隻!叫餸個時個侍應好好,建議我地叫半份,3個人可以叫多幾款唔同菜式!魚蓉羹 1碗$150 呢個係佢地推介先會叫,同埋有啲溝通錯誤!因為今日打去訂位時,佢地問洗唔洗預訂先,我就問幾錢,佢就話68蚊一碗,168蚊一鍋,問左一鍋係有6到7碗,所以訂左2碗就夠!去到現場,打開餐牌睇,見到係150蚊一碗即刻嚇到汪呀姐咁!不過唔知佢講錯定我聽錯!原來係個普通魚湯先係68蚊碗!Any肥,都照要試下!好彩個湯都好正!真材實料有保證!湯頭鮮味!料足有一塊塊魚肉片,絕不欺場!仲有其實佢一碗都唔少!佢一個大碗可以分到成3小碗,所以都抵飲,建議1碗兩個人share都夠哂!椒鹽鮑魚 三隻$269 (海鮮$180 煮工:$89)果然好得!做到椒鹽效果又唔會搶咗主角鮑魚嘅鮮味,恰到好處!恰如其分!值得推介!而且用黎裝隻鮑魚個殼洗得好乾淨!食得放心!同叫左以下小菜:蜜糖欖角骨 半份$68剛上枱時,個件骨好似岩岩係焗爐到拎出黎,好熱辣辣!正!只係無乜欖角的味道!椒鹽豆腐 半份 $60呢個係六福嘅招牌菜!真係無得輸!真心正!做到真正嘅外脆內軟!個炸粉真係做得好好!鬆脆又香!而個豆腐又滑又夠熱!呢個超抵食!薑汁芥蘭 $108個菜上到枱,大家都笑左下!得番啲Kwan  !不過知道出面都有啲高級中菜都會咁做!食落好爽脆,清甜,係薑汁唔太夠!整體是好的!豉油皇炒麵 $108炒得乾身!唔錯!不過豉油味欠缺,唔夠香!食完三個人都好飽,埋單$1080,圍起$360一位,都可以!話哂都係米芝連餐廳,係抵食嘅! continue reading

A lot of similar restaurants like this gives people a very tourist feeling whether it's in sai kung or lei yu mun, but this one is quite different. It's not located in the main street so on a relatively scale I think it's harder to find. However, I've got to say the food is excellent. Normally I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food if I get to choose but I obviously binge ate here. My favorite dishes here were the honey pork rib, wind and sand chicken and the golden tofu was absolutely amazing. I also thought the XO sauce clams were very nice. The overall environment is okay and service was reasonable. I'd like to come here again and in fact I'll probably bring more people here! continue reading

第三次到六福了,食物保持高水準,我喜歡的魚𡙡,香濃魚鮮味,絕不是魚鯹,濃得可配搭紅酒,夠年份的意大利Barolo為最佳選擇。油鹽水花甲每次來吃都覺得唔夠喉,配德國Riesling 一流,想encore, 但我個friend話要試新菜。豉椒龍蝦惹味,豉椒並不蓋過龍蝦鮮味,煮得洽當,肉質嫩滑,德國Pinot Noir是絕配。最有驚喜是,他們更新了酒牌,有多款紅、白葡萄酒,來自不同產區:法國、意大利、德國、澳洲、紐西蘭、連匈牙利都有!大部分屬"Fine Wines"質素,而且定價合理,下次來都不需自帶酒水了! continue reading

公司食飯一早訂好枱,要求包房,講明到最低消費就可以,亦答應我給房(若冇我們根本不會考慮它)。訂金菜單坐好了,到後才告知假期前不能包房(價錢過最低消費那麼多,若不能包也應預先通知)放了我們出大廳,最後另一職員又說包房是讓給別人了,實在太過份。一句不好意思又怎樣,就可以騙人?一副他們就是這樣,完全唔覺得自己有問題最後的西瓜也太小氣了,難為這個價格。侍應也招待不周,泡壺茶也很久,經常沒有人服務。這樣的服務也能是米芝連嘛,真心很失望。十分差的體驗。 continue reading
