松屋夜麻麻,想食甜品,其實係西環都幾難搵到間甜品店,唯有用search engine搵下啦,最後比我搵到呢間甜品店,松屋。北海道牛奶梳乎厘(原味)伴綠茶雪糕,$58,呢款甜品只可以即整的,真係要等十幾分鐘才到,保證新鮮。甜品來到時,個梳乎厘彈下彈下咁,好似個水泡,幾得意,食落口時,個梳乎厘充滿了雞蛋味,而且牛奶味亦冇失去到,師傅手功剛剛好,梳乎厘皮鬆軟香囗,質地有彈性,幾好味。推介指數:8/10椰子雪葩(Coconut Sherbet),$36,我見係雪葩,最初以為是酸酸地的,原來一食落口是甜的,口感跟雪糕差不多,只是質地有小小分別,而製作方法應該是用新鮮椰子,將佢冷藏至結冰,然後磨成沙冰,其主要甜味是來自椰子,我估師傅也加了點椰奶同沙糖,令到雪葩又甜又重椰味。大至上好味過雪糕嘅,主因是用新鮮椰子制造,變成好有椰子鮮味嘅雪糕。推介指數:7/10
