老實說, 住左西環廿幾年, 水準高既酒樓真係唔多, 大多都係以抵食大件吸引街坊客, 而食物質素自然將貨就價, 水準十分參差, 難得有一間比較高級少少既酒樓進駐, 當然要黎試下!!紅米脆網鮮蝦腸粉新式點心!傳統酒樓一般得牛叉蝦腸, 最多加埋炸兩同齋, 呢個就係腸粉入面加上炸脆網同蝦, 既有炸兩既脆口感覺, 又有蝦既爽口感覺, 好新鮮既配搭!炸芋球即係芋角, 新鮮熱辣, 外面芋頭, 入面有蝦米肉碎餡, 好香!蘿白絲酥餅入面蘿白絲粗幼岩岩好, 唔會幼到變哂水冇口感, 蘿白調味適中菜乾排骨粥早餐當然少不了食粥, 呢個老火粥煲番咁上下時間, 有老火粥既感覺, 好夠肉味海參粉果另一個新派點心, 用海參包粉果, 本來以為海參應該冇乜味, 但食落去好有鮮味(唔係腥味)蝦餃飲茶一定要食蝦餃啦! 蝦大隻爽口唔會霉!鳳爪冇食, 唔知咩味叉燒包比較普通, 冇乜特別!梅菜肉餅蒸飯另一樣做得好食既野! 唔好以為肉餅食落去冇口感, 佢加左少少肉粒落去令佢食落有口感, 好似手剁咁! 有豬油滲落去飯, 令飯有油香!!紅棗糕冇食唔知咩味蒸蘿白糕一般酒樓少見既傳統點心, 呢個蘿白糕勝在切得夠粗, 食到有蘿白感覺, 加上有臘
