最近試咗西營盤新開嘅 LE COLVERT,專做法國鴨料理🦆,由法國大廚主理,啲鴨全部法國直送!前菜試咗 煙燻鴨胸配芒果牛油果 ($138),鴨胸薄切煙燻味超香,夾埋清甜芒果同creamy牛油果,開胃到震🤤!主菜 焦糖油封鴨髀 ($188) 先係神作——皮脆到"咔嚓"聲,肉一撕就散,慢煮12小時超入味,仲有鴨油香炸薯條🍟,脆到食到唔停手!環境係法式小酒館風格,暖黃燈配木傢俬,坐低唔想走~  真心話:呢個價錢食到咁高質法式鴨宴(人均$300左右),性價比爆燈💥!西環友必試啊!
