今次去咗西營盤呢間越南野 間野就係喺好出名三文治隔離! 食越南野就梗係要食撈檬,但係我今次見到樣好特別既野!濱海!咁就一於叫個黎試試~燒牛肉拌濱海:燒牛肉調味十足,肉質嫩滑多汁濱海其實就係喺一團團嘅米粉上曬上炸蒜,蔥花再配上魚露用生菜包住嚟食,有啲似泰國嘅生菜包咁,但呢個就係越南清新版haha朋友就叫左濃味牛湯浸牛肉河:呢度嘅湯頭用咗好濃郁嘅牛肉湯,遠遠都聞到牛肉湯嘅香味牛肉上檯時呈半生熟嘅狀態,等食果陣靠湯河本身嘅餘熱,令牛肉嘅生熟度剛好,牛肉肉質保持嫩滑。芒果軟殼蟹卷:軟殼蟹即叫即炸,香脆非常,配上清甜香芒,足以令軟殼蟹帶嘅油膩感銳減,再配上其他清新嘅配料如青瓜,米粉,生菜等,口感變得更為豐富。香茅串燒雞:陣陣嘅香茅香味四溢,再配上附上嘅濃郁嘅沙嗲醬,就更為惹味。
