Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大館喺地面嗰層 都會見到有啲人喺度飲嘢食嘢嘅感覺都係歐美風啲嘅而兩幢樓最高嗰層都係食中式嘢嘅而我之所以會識the Chinese Library都係因為教主嘅一首MV😂嗰陣已經覺得呢度個場景好靚入到去真係發現不得了好明顯係西式嘅裝修 但其實係食中式嘅點心不過就唔係傳統嘅點心 係fusion 左可能因為疫情嘅關係 餐廳而家行緊unlimited dim sum brunch 一點半就可以食到六點所以抵到爛( ´▽`)其實佢仲做緊free flow 不過朋友話唔飲酒啦好啦咁我哋食中式嘢就飲番茶啦( ´▽`)賽螃蟹鱈魚餃 👍🏾👍🏾可能係個期望好高 所以覺得佢冇乜特別鱈魚係上面嗰舊賽螃蟹係蛋白 我諗住佢係炒過嗰種不過佢似係烚完之後切粒再放落去都唔太明顯 我覺得就麻麻地( ´▽`)殿堂叉燒👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾其實佢係好食㗎 但我食佢嗰陣已經飽所以食佢唔哂 同佢比我想像中鹹咗少少蜜糖味反而唔係好夠但佢燒得係幾好一黎隻色靚 二黎肥瘦拿握得啱啱好咬落去口感都係好唔錯乾蔥醬炒蝦米腸 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾呢個係意外地好食佢上面嘅疑似蛋絲係脆嘅炒蝦米腸個表面都係做到脆脆地而個乾蔥醬都做到入晒個腸粉所以佢本身已經好夠

鱈魚係上面嗰舊
賽螃蟹係蛋白 我諗住佢係炒過嗰種
不過佢似係烚完之後切粒再放落去

呢個係意外地好食
佢上面嘅疑似蛋絲係脆嘅
炒蝦米腸個表面都係做到脆脆地
而個乾蔥醬都做到入晒個腸粉
所以佢本身已經好夠味

佢係嗌之前一定唔會估到係咁嘅樣
食落一啲都唔蘿蔔糕😂
但好好食
佢係將蘿蔔蓉加一層炸漿變成脆皮
上面加芝士醬同木魚
另一種嘅鹹香去代替臘腸蝦米
變相冇咁油膩
不過如果係一心想食傳統蘿蔔糕嘅話
就可能會失望( ´▽`)

坦白講呢個真係麻麻哋
少少雞味都冇 個炸粉實在太搶
似食緊辣辣地嘅炸粉

下面嘅係燒椒黃金皮蛋👍🏾
一份係開咗半嘅皮蛋
本來以為係尖椒皮蛋嘅感覺
點知又一啲都唔似
佢上面個醬又唔似椒
又冇辣味

皮都唔算厚 啲料非常之足
就咁望都望到入面嘅狀況
叉燒應該同係殿堂叉燒
不過我覺得腸粉好食啲

超好食!佢脆皮入面係去左皮嘅茄子
上面再放少少魚香
同一般食開會炒埋一齊唔同
咁樣個賣相其實都靚嘅

佢賣相都係好靚
佢係燒賣中間有一粒黑蒜
我見都幾多人讚 但本人係有啲唔慣嘅😂😂
同下面嘅喇沙小籠包一樣 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
唔係佢唔好食 只係傳統嘅更加出色
會比較鍾意食返傳統啲嘅小籠包同埋燒賣

嗰日去咁啱遇到人求婚
雖然就唔會話好多人喺隔離吶喊助威
但係都係成功求到婚
個氣氛都係好嘅
見到之後都唔同嘅人走上前去祝賀呢對新人
好幸福啊( ´▽`)

而我喺落Booking嗰陣時就又講埋係慶祝生日
我自己都冇諗過喺上甜品嗰陣
隻碟會寫咗Happy birthday!
都幾好呀 我自己都冇諗過食中式嘢都可以寫碟
影咗幾張相 店員仲叫我AirDrop返張相俾佢
佢幫我印咗出嚟 俾咗張生日卡我哋
成件事好sweet ( ´▽`)

話佢平咁一定唔係㗎啦
但話佢貴其實都唔算
因為佢係俾你由一點半食到六點
仲要係無限任嗌中式點心
食得落嘅話其實可以叫做好平
但抵就真係一定㗎啦( ´▽`)
