To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其中一位朋友揀了這間店食西式fusion 齌，見openrice評價都唔錯，就嚟咗lee 度試下。一入到去lee間舖頭感覺相當適合同啲girls gathering ，因佢既装修配合咗紫同白色好浪漫好公主feel，同埋地方寬落,啱晒我哋lee 班OL朋友聚首一堂。之後我哋叫咗4款set dinner。一個set都非常豐富，有前菜、手卷、main course、甜品。咁講下前菜先，佢有一款係類似雞絲粉皮既前菜，用咗青瓜絲同豆絲代替咗雞絲，食落去和平時上海店舖一樣味道，仲有一種清新feeling,配撘得唔錯。而另外一款非常健康營養價值好高既紅菜頭蘋果香橙配合桃，酸酸地非常開胃，真係好適合而家繁忙又注重健康都市人。手卷方面我哋選擇咗牛油果芒果手卷，因這個手卷係冇飯喺入面，得牛油果、芒果同D雜菜係裡面，咬落去食緊salad咁,好正。湯方面我揀咗黑松露忌廉湯，黑松露既味好出，湯好creamy，非常欣賞。來到main course,我想推介係黑松露南瓜紫薯包闊條麵同牛肛菌忌廉燴扁意粉。首先講黑松露闊條麵佢入面包咗勁多南瓜同紫薯，啲食材係 high quality 南瓜同紫薯好甜好好味,值得推介，而
