響電視度見過Ricky san好多次,今日特別黎到佢主理間餐廳祥仔在K11的B2層, 名氣就好大,味道就真係非常之見仁見智。

叫咗個鮮粟米真星斑魚飯,系堅星班但就有啲overcooked,啲星班魚魚冇魚味,仲好『鞋』, 侮辱咗塊堅星斑;飯有鮮粟米跟住,甜D,味道又咪咁,仲有D唔夾…

另外叫咗個葡汁雞球飯,『頂』…啲雞嘅雪味漂晒出黎,葡汁完全係冇味兼水一般好差,勁想叫人攞豉油…

仲有個雞翼,好似迎合四川人食咁樣,花椒八角味過重,蓋過甜豉油香味,一路食下食下嘅時候把口已經有啲麻,再食唔到有乜味,仲要九蚊一隻…

明明系西廚,無那那搞間茶記,難怪中伏。
