To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與友人一行四人前行 早一日訂左位有花膠雞湯 幾好飲 亦係全晚最好味嘅野 雞件亦唔錯 之後送上炸魚蛋燒賣 正常味道牛可以任叫 但味道不算超卓 肥牛及豚肉亦任食 但有少少韌有一份海鮮拼盤 有蝦 細隻嘅沙白 蠔 同脆肉鯇 及墨魚滑 老實說蠔和沙白都麻麻地 蝦不太新鮮 墨魚滑係ok嘅 脆肉鯇則個人不太喜歡其餘配料選擇未算多 飲品亦只有四種汽水可任叫 臨尾加送涼粉雜果冰亦冇驚喜侍應態度亦屬一盤 有位兄台更會稍為催促總結差不多三百蚊落樓 但整體感覺並不值 (至少在旺角食過$250左右且更高質的任食火鍋)
