To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講到可以欣賞維港景觀嘅餐廳,朋友多次向我推介南海一號~ 由於係心血來潮去,所以沒有訂枱。即晚訂枱,9:30才有。所以到了餐廳入面Eyebar飲野傾下計~ 我們坐在邊緣嘅位置,放眼盡是維港繁華景色8點仲可以睇埋幻彩詠香江我點的是Mocktail – Pineapple,味道像fruit punch,雖然味道不特別,但飲到尾都不會變淡,不錯~♥說得太遠XD 南海一號的餐具也是別緻的模仿青花瓷的碟子與鯨魚造型的筷子座,看出設計配合主題的心思~我們二人點了當日精選套餐 桂花紅酒梨桂花味濃,紅酒倒是吃出類似花雕酒味。(不過本人對酒認識不多。。) 雞茸燴燕窩很少吃鹹味燕窩,感覺不錯。雞肉味濃,不像冰鮮雞~燕窩量亦不少~ 陳年花雕煀海斑花雕味不算突出,比較像薑蔥煀的味道。魚肉嫩,不過有骨,唔識食魚嘅就唔好試。 上湯法國藍龍蝦伴稻庭烏冬龍蝦份量不少,味道鮮甜。稻庭烏冬製作程序繁複得多,麵身偏幼,口感滑。惟上湯味不夠濃。。 脆皮燒乳鴿細細隻都好多肉,肉味濃,皮燒得脆,不錯~蒜子浸時蔬-無乜特別 龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯龍蝦湯味濃郁。而且加左脆米,口感更見豐富~ 甜品 – 雪耳雪梨。。都係無乜特別。。。不過做到 “

整體黎講,餐廳攞過米芝蓮一星
所以對它的要求同期望都比較高。裝潢、格調同景觀對我而言都無可挑剔
服務態度亦良好。食物質素算不錯,但以每人$660來說,套餐嘅菜式不夠特別,味道亦不算令人一試難忘。不過fusion中菜同傳統中菜口味有點不同,個人覺得味道較淡~
